They came and removed the old dishwasher quickly and cleanly, cleaned up the mess and installed the new dishwasher quickly then checked the lines and that the dishwasher worked properly. They cleaned up after themselves and left. They observed all the proper precautions by wearing masks and distancing. Sanitizing everything they touched. They were very polite and personable.

Installation team was great. Arrived a little early and removed old dishwasher without any issues, had to remove disposal drain (without a hitch) and commenced with install of new dishwasher. Took a little longer to install due to drain fittings, but work was done professionally.

It took about two weeks for an available install window in my area, but it was worth the wait. Alex was actually running a little ahead of schedule and called that morning to see if he could come an hour earlier than scheduled. No problem. He was friendly, knowledgeable and quick. Took away my old dishwasher and had the new one up and running in no time. He thoroughly checked for leaks before he left and gave m some good tips on how to get the most out of my new washer. I was very happy with the service which was included for free, but I would have gladly paid if I had to.

I would normally install something like this myself but this is a brand new house with brand new floors. It is worth the money to have pros install my appliances just for their liability coverage alone. If they scratch my floors, they replace them. If I install my own appliances and scratch my floors, then it is on me. It's an easy choice when you look at it in that light.
