The install was easy and painless. Quicker than expected.

The installation of my new Kitchen Aid Dishwasher went perfect. Kenny and Jacob did the installation, they were both very friendly. They took care not to damage our hard wood floor. The old went out and the new one was installed in one hour. They left everything as clean or cleaner than when they came. Perfect process, thank you to Kenny and Jacob for a stellar experience! This machine cleans very well and we love the simplicity of the controls. We replaced another brand machine that only lasted 5 years and are hoping for much better performance this time. We are pleased with the overall flexibility of the interior space, while we wish it were bigger inside (all the newer machines seem a bit smaller) the flexible racks, especially the ones that fold down, are most useful. Having paid for a clean-out of the food disposal pipe on the last machine (didn't fix all the machine's problems) we appreciate the self-cleaning feature.

The guys were done with the installation in less than 20 minutes. They were careful in removal and installation. Ran a test run and it worked.

Installer did a great job. Highly recommend. I have never had a problem with any the installers.

Installation was ok. They forgot to open the water faucet after turning off the water to ensure the line was empty , and that caused a minor flood. But it was quickly cleaned with a LOT of towels. Some people would say that’s unacceptable but it no harm done in my opinion, and people do make mistakes. Still, a professional should know these things going in, if they do install dozens of these things every year. The dishwasher works and does not leak, so that’s good.

The Installers were friendly and efficient. They arrived on time, were neat and had my old dishwasher out and the new one installed in no time.

I actually started this review as installation review not the dishwasher itself. After 1 month of using the dishwasher the rubber part at the bottom fall down, probably due to the motions. Do not think this should happen with the expensive dishwasher - could be some mistake during the installation? we use Best Buy professional installation
