The young man they sent knew his stuff it didn’t take very long and he was so polite

There were two gentleman dispatched and they did an excellent job both with installation and demonstrating the various features of the machine.

The two men that came did an excellent job, very clean doing a dirty job. They had me get an old towel knowing water was going to leak when pulling it out. Allowed me to clean space before the new appliance went it. Each had their own job to do, one new appliance ready outside and the other removing the old appliance for the new to go in. Highly recommend them.

They called before arriving, installed the dishwasher quickly and removed all packaging and old dishwasher.

We are typically the DIY type of family, but opted to have our new dishwasher installed by Best Buy to save time and effort. The installation team was nice and worked quickly. The only negative was that one of the base screws came off about two weeks after installation, but it screwed back easy enough. Thanks!

The lads doing this were fantastic. Scheduling a bit goofy but with the pandemic I sort of expect that. The crews came and made sure the new one would fit first, then called the guy downstairs on the truck to unpack the new one while they pulled out the old one. Crew downstairs brought up the new one and took out the old one while the other guys installed the new one. Nice job, all looks good. Courteous and professional Job Well DOne

The installation was perfect. The installer was very professional, friendly and courteous. Did a great job cleaning up afterward also.

This was the 3rd time for the company that BestBuy contracts with to handle installations to come out to my house - It was frustrating for me not to see the installation done right the first time - BestBuy needs to make these companies more accountable for their work.

The installation was fast, but I'm not sure it's completely level as the middle rack rolls out each time I have it open. They were quick to install and cleaned up after the work.

My husband was home for the install and said our guy was highly professional and went the extra mile to make things right!

The 2 member crew were prompt efficient and knew exactly what to do and had no difficulty in the installation, they were very informative. .

Our installer not only worked efficiently but he knew the machine to get us off to a good start with all it's features.

The guys came and install my new dishwasher. They did a great job. They said we needed an air gap so the guy went and bought it and installed it.
