I have done this before. The first 2 people who came to install it need to be fired! The second man was good and we were happy. My low opinion is for the first 2 people.

Good crew...noticed when they left there was a dent on the stainless steel surface...as well as a compression bend on the bottom of the unit from forcing the unit into place...they were in a rush to finish so they could beat the traffic...

They did a great job no complaints Cleaned up and took the boxes

We have recently changed our dishwasher with a Maytag dishwasher. We are very happy of its performance. What a difference technology can do.

The install technician was very nice, polite and he was able to get it installed in less than an hour!

As planned the installer did his done, it was quick, efficient, the dishwasher was tested...very happy with the service

The delivery and installation were delayed three days beyond the promised date. I had to pay the third party appliance installer $120 because they would not use the existing water line and because of that they had to replace the existing water valve.

The folks were professional, got everything installed the first time, and showed me how things worked. The only problem came with the professional recycling, they did not have any record that they were to take the old dishwasher away. Fortunately, I had a copy of my order, and showed it to the installer and they did remove the old one.

Installation was good had to do some modification but went well

I'm not pleased with this delivery at all. The delivery was made in an old pick up truck that had no identification showing it was affiliated with Best Buy. The guy did wear a mask but no gloves and touched almost everything in my home. As soon as he got here, he asked if he could use my bathroom. I'm not sure if he even washed his hands, but I do know he left the seat up!!! Afterward, he said he needed in the garage to turn off the water heater so nothing would leak. Even though he did this water still leaked under my sink. Enough water, I had to put a bucket under there. I'm unaware if he had already turned the hot water back on at that point. The entire ordeal was uncomfortable and highly unprofessional, given coronavirus cases are surging daily at an alarming rate.

FASt, efficient, uncommunicative. I could not understand his English. He did not explain anything because he was too busy and had to install too many dishwashers in one day.

The installers did a great job installing a new dishwasher that required adjustments to properly install. Works and looks great!

The first they did not leveled well the dishwasher. After calling Best Buy they sent another team to fix it, and the 2nd team did a great job

There was a leak on the first run after installation New crew came and explained it was not properly installed and it was fixed immediately. All good now

Installers did a thorough professional job while handling some challenging access problems without hesitation and left the work area clean.

Absolutely fantastic job. It was difficult to get the old dishwasher out.
