They did a great job getting it installed. They were also courteous by giving me a call when they were leaving the previous job and headed to my job.

The purchased dishwasher has standard dimensions and the installation slot is also standard. The exact same dishwasher was installed in there previously. The installers did not align the dishwasher in the center. It is also installed too high so that the controls cannot be seen when the door is closed. It sticks out leaving a gap between the cabinets and the dishwasher. It is noisier than the previous one even though rated at a lower dB level. This is also likely due to poor installation. The installers made an additional hole in my cabinets without asking permission or telling us that they are doing it. They don't know how to use power tools. They have stripped the screws used to attach the dishwasher to the cabinetry. Shows lack of training, expertise and professionalism.

They were very efficient and courteous. They let me know when they were on their way and they did a great job.

The installation was fast, but I'm not sure it's completely level as the middle rack rolls out each time I have it open. They were quick to install and cleaned up after the work.

Our original dishwasher had been installed over 20 years ago before we moved into the house. The installers found that the plumbing and wiring were not up to code and made the appropriate changes to make sure that everything was brought up to code so it was safe to operate. This cost extra, but also bought peace of mind that we'd have less trouble in the future.

The technicians arrived on-time and disposed of the old dishwasher and put in the new one very quickly. It works perfectly.

He did a great job of anchoring the dishwasher on the sides and put in a new drain. I was very happy with the installation.

The install team was good at getting the dishwasher in as best they can. I just do not like how long the return hose is to the garbage disposal. They had to wrap it around and around, this is the part I had to buy for best buy to install, so way don't then offer different lengths?

The installers were exceptional!!! We encountered a problem because the hose provided was not long enough to reach the water source (cabinet in between) but the installers were able to have me pick up the needed part and complete the installation. They went above and beyond to get the job completed.

The installers actually called and asked if they could come earlier than scheduled. They did a great job and were done very quickly.

FASt, efficient, uncommunicative. I could not understand his English. He did not explain anything because he was too busy and had to install too many dishwashers in one day.

Cleans ok, is quiet enough, leaves dishes and silverware wet.
