The Installers were friendly and efficient. They arrived on time, were neat and had my old dishwasher out and the new one installed in no time.

The installer was super helpful, prompt and communicated well. They removed the old unit and replaced it efficiently, making sure to level it. I like that he took the time to answer my questions about how to use the new dishwasher too and explain the difference between it and my last model.

I actually started this review as installation review not the dishwasher itself. After 1 month of using the dishwasher the rubber part at the bottom fall down, probably due to the motions. Do not think this should happen with the expensive dishwasher - could be some mistake during the installation? we use Best Buy professional installation

The install technician was very nice, polite and he was able to get it installed in less than an hour!

This machine cleans very well and we love the simplicity of the controls. We replaced another brand machine that only lasted 5 years and are hoping for much better performance this time. We are pleased with the overall flexibility of the interior space, while we wish it were bigger inside (all the newer machines seem a bit smaller) the flexible racks, especially the ones that fold down, are most useful. Having paid for a clean-out of the food disposal pipe on the last machine (didn't fix all the machine's problems) we appreciate the self-cleaning feature.

The installation of my new dishwasher went off without a hitch. The guys were very efficient! We needed a slightly longer water hose & they had a spare in the truck with them. They converted the power from hard-wired (to the house) to plug-in by installing a dedicated outlet (box). They were in and out in less than an hour & were very courteous & professional.

The guy that came and put in our dishwasher did a great job he checked every nook and cranny made sure everything was perfectly level showed us how to do it and work it was very knowledgeable and were really happy with our dishwasher and the service we received

This install was a cluster. The tech arrived and said he was there to pick up the old one and leave the new one. We didn’t have the new one yet. He said another member of Geek Squad would be out to install. I called Best Buy and was told that tech was supposed to install it but obviously didn’t want to do it. So Best Buy had to reschedule a few days later.

I'm not pleased with this delivery at all. The delivery was made in an old pick up truck that had no identification showing it was affiliated with Best Buy. The guy did wear a mask but no gloves and touched almost everything in my home. As soon as he got here, he asked if he could use my bathroom. I'm not sure if he even washed his hands, but I do know he left the seat up!!! Afterward, he said he needed in the garage to turn off the water heater so nothing would leak. Even though he did this water still leaked under my sink. Enough water, I had to put a bucket under there. I'm unaware if he had already turned the hot water back on at that point. The entire ordeal was uncomfortable and highly unprofessional, given coronavirus cases are surging daily at an alarming rate.

Excellent dishwasher with many upgraded features. Very silent.

The installation of our dishwasher didn't take long and was good except that the installers broke a piece of the cabinet above the dishwashter door.

Gerald was was very experienced and knowledgeable In his job.

Andrew was on time, neat, and quickly installed our dishwasher.

As a Brit with too limited knowledge of US plumbing and electrics, this was always going to be contracted out to a tradesman. It came down to pricey installation costs -v- the convenience of installation on delivery day. If you're a local, I suspect a local plumber could do it for half the price BestBuy charge.
