best buy did a good job with dishwasher install thanks

Loading is very different from our JenAir. It makes odd or larger size items more challenging to load. Otherwise it's five stars hands down.

We ordered a Bosch dishwasher from Best Buy. The Geek Squad came out to install it. There were 2 guys. They were very nice and very professional. It took maybe an hour for them to remove the old dishwasher and hook up the new one. I found a leak under my sink during the install (which had been there for a while, apparently) and one of the installers cleaned it up and tightened the loose PVC drain pipe for me. They did a great job. They went above and beyond what they came out to do. I would highly recommend them for an appliance install.

Beautiful colors and brightness is incredible..I have purchased 6 iPads over the years and this is the best one yet!! Would never think of purchasing anything other than Apple..

I got side-eye from my father (who lives with us) when I said that I had bought a new dishwasher AND scheduled the installation for the day before Thanksgiving. There was no turning back. The old appliance had died and we had a big crowd for the holiday. I was fine with the installation the day before the event as long as it went OK... and it did! The guys were prompt, professional, and very efficient. Probably the best experience with an appliance service call I've ever had.

They were friendly, careful , and quick when installing my new appliances. They were careful when removing my old appliances.

First time I paid for a dishwasher to be installed. They arrived with a damaged unit. It happens no big detail. They were getting a new one ordered. Then it completely didn’t work. So I asked to install my old one so I had one to use. They said they destroyed it and it is not functional. They also made me call the next day to figure out how to fix the issue the helpline couldn’t do anything. I sat on hold for over a half an hour for the lady tell me she couldn’t help me. Wouldn’t refund me the install for poor execution and said she couldn’t do anything to resolve the situation until the new dishwasher was installed. I called back spoke with another person. They said they refunded the install charge and sent me a check for $150 for the inconvenience. I recieved three text messages saying this refund was in progress. Over a week later, past this 3-5 business days and no refund or check. I guess lies and horrible service is what is expected.

The installers came in and had the old dishwasher out and the new one in very quickly. They left the area clean after completion.

Install and haul away was about 90 minutes for dishwasher since need to remove replace the hookups. Technician was very careful with the wood floors and checked measurements to ensure will fit and leveling.

Installation was fast, efficient and the installers were courteous and respectful and professional.
