The technicians were professional, courteous, knew the appliance, assisted with additional support due to the fact that I had an appliance being removed that was older than 15 years. He was unable to install on the initial installation due to damage to the washer that required returning. He called in the info, received a case, took pictures and gave me copies for follow-up.

Quick and easy install with no fuss, Honestly best buy overcharges for this service, which sucks and it's why I usually skip it, but it's convenient for something like a dishwasher when you're busy with life and just need it to get done. I recommend the service, but maybe find a cheaper price elsewhere

Best Buy completely botched the delivery and smart wifi connection on three kitchen appliances. Horrible customer service! They were not going to deliver the dishwasher even though they had it in stock on the day of my delivery. Best Buy said they did not have it until I complained. First they said on the phone the day of the delivery, "its first come first serve." Well, I paid for it over 5 weeks ago". Suddenly it turned up. They delivered it several hours late and the delivery guy comained to me multiple times that "he was not happy about this" as he had to go back at the end of his day to pick it up and deliver it. The customer service people do not listen and hang up on you. I've spent over $5500 on appliances here. In the store, they guys were great. After that, its all offshore people who made a huge mess, hang up and cold transfer when they do not want to fix difficult issues that Best Buy created! When I tried to get Geek Squad support, it was no where to be found. When I called and asked, "can you tell me what your installed yesterday" they said no, it looks like its still on order". Michael set up return orders and initiated refunds when I am not returning anything. I will never shop here again and will most likely initiate a law suit if not compensated. (Reps in the last 24 hrs, almost an entire business day in phone calls: David, Jade, Jasmine, Michael, Evelyn, Kristina)

Jenn Air purchase. Defective. Best Buy replaced and reinstalled new dish washer. Great service. Working great now.

They installed and made sure it worked considering the old one kept showing error codes one right after another.

The installer was very polite and quick. All was ok until I found out that the dishwasher had not been leveled. Luckily, this was discovered by the installers of my cooktop, and fridge.

Best Buy tech was great, very knowledgeable and very neat with his installation. Love the Geek Squad experts!!

Best Buy did a wonderful job with the installation of our Bose dishwasher. They were on time and the customer service was excellent!

The gentleman who put it in was wonderful I just wish all your employees was as nice as he is. It is hard to buy things from your company because they don't deliver very well and you cannot speak to anyone on the phone you have to go in person is very complicated so I will never buy anything from you in the future

The install team was professional, efficient, pleasant to work with. Far and away so much better than hardware box store installs we have dealt with. I will definitely go back to Best Buy for new appliances.

Nick & Jason are great helpers and made sure I got all my paperwork and cleaned my product after install. Called me ahead of their arrival, punctual, polite, answered all of my lame questions :-) and cleaned up. Great work guys. Really appreciate your service.
