Can barely tell it is running. The technician who installed the dishwasher was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and professional.

The installers seemed to know what they were doing and did a thorough job in installing the dishwasher. I like how they explained what they were doing and let me know about a possible need to replace the shutoff valve. The only negative is that I wish they had either taken off their shoes or covered them to protect our hardwood floor.

The technician arrived on time and keep everything in working order before he departed. He is very fluent in his work and even step above and beyond to advised me that the smells of bad odor from my old dish washer was caused by the discharging water hose. I would recommend him to any installation works. Thank you Best Buy for setting him up to work inside of my home. He is an asset to y’all.

Installers accommodated our work schedule and came out around 7 PM. They were very courteous and did a great job. Dishwasher is working great!

The technicians were professional, courteous, knew the appliance, assisted with additional support due to the fact that I had an appliance being removed that was older than 15 years. He was unable to install on the initial installation due to damage to the washer that required returning. He called in the info, received a case, took pictures and gave me copies for follow-up.

The installer was prompt and did a great job of removing and installing the Dishwasher. Very polite and Informative on use and care.

The installer were nice and knowledgeable however when they installed the water hose line and installed a screw it went through the waterline and caused major leak. Called them back within 5 minutes when they left to let them know it was leaking no call back. Place called to center and still no call back. Horrible service from center. Finally I had to called Bosch to send someone out.

On time, professional, completed job quickly and left the premises clean. DW and disposal installed at same time.
