Dishwasher installer was professional and friendly

This time the person who did the insulation is a professional. The previous one last month was terrible asked me for money under the table which I have to give him to finish the work & did wrong insulation for the dish washer cause brake down after couple hours from the insulation, So I have to be out from dishwasher for 3 weeks, Best buy does not make up for me the right way for the invenince, I am long time customer for best buy, you can look at my family history with you.

technicians were very efficient, thorough. did a good job quickly but not rushing. Took the time to explain usage and answer questions.

Extremely quiet dishwasher however, the cycle time seems longer than previous Bosch dishwasher. Installed by the Geek squad. Very competent.

The Bosch dishwasher does a great job of cleaning and drying dishes. However, the lack of any indication on the front of the machine that it is running or finished is annoying. Even when you open the front to see where it is in it's cycle, it indicates only that is "active" or "clean;" no notion of whether it's washing, rinsing or drying.

Installation date was delayed because rep only indicated delivery. Called office to report and issue was resolved satisfactorily. Second installation date completed without incident

Gentleman who installed all four of my appliances was prompt, friendly and very good. He kept everything clean and cleared out his mess.

Purchased the GE Slate dishwasher and the installation contract from Best Buy and glad I did. They installed it 1-2-3. No problems so far.

Did a great job with the installation exactly as expected

Once the scheduling was finally straightened out things went well. It took a month to get my unit installed that was originally scheduled for 4 days after purchase.

A crew came to my home on time and installation was smooth and quick.

I am absolutely appalled by Best Buy’s customer service. I’ve been on the phone for over six hours trying to get help with a dishwasher that stopped working after just one use, and still no one has taken responsibility or offered a real solution. This is completely unacceptable. You are selling defective products and providing the worst service I’ve ever experienced. Shame on you for treating customers this way. I will be escalating this issue to every possible channel — including formal complaints, online reviews, and legal action. You will definitely be hearing from my attorney. Absolutely disgraceful!

Technician was knowledgeable and did a nice job. Also gave a few tips on care. Very careful with installation and very courteous.

Quiet, contemporary, cleans welk. I like the adjustabke top rack and stem glass holders. Install team was prompt and professional.
