The delivery installers were professional, knowledgeable, courteous and respectful. I was pleasantly surprised and very proud that Best Buy uses this company.

Mel and Igor did a great job installing the dishwasher and checking to be sure everything was perfect before they left!

Installers we friendly and did a good job. Unfortunately, the washer immediately started throwing error codes so that's something I need to take care of. They were also very late, but that seems to be a logistics issue unrelated to the installers themselves.

Have no issues with the guys. They were Smart enough to realize where the first team had failed and made the necessary changes. Thanks

The installers came on time, had all the tools required to do the job. They pointed out how our island wasn't exactly level, which was why the dishwasher appeared to stick out more on one end than the other. They gave a quick walkthrough of how to use the product - this could have been more thorough. Overall though no complaints!

Geek Squd contacted installer to come back out and corrrct install to my satisfaction The air gap was not supplied by mfg or in install kit. Basically legal to install a high loop as long as you don't want to sell. When you sell you will have to redo. Do it to code to start with! Would not have happened without hsving repair insurance with BB. Done right now and I am happy.

I purchased the Samsung waterfall dishwasher in black stainless and it's fantastic. It's quiet and a beautiful addition to my kitchen.

Installers were about an hour and a half late and they looped the drain over the sprayer for my sink so I had to reroute the hose to be able to pull the sprayer out, but they were quick and courteous once they were. Great value since it was free with my dishwasher.

The new dishwasher installation went very smooth. I also took the warranty out on it.

It took two tries to get it right. The first unit was installed and failed just three weeks later. It was replaced with a new one but anything that fails completely in the first month is suspect.
