The men who installed my dishwasher did a great job. They took extra time to fit it in the tight space it was going in.

I had XPO Logistics for my kitchen, horrible installers. This time it was a different company and 2 awesome guys. They got the old one out and the new one in, down into the basement, tight stair well, tight turns, like it was nothing and they rehearsed it before. Set up and running in probably a half hour, maybe a little more. Thanks guys .. think it was Adiane and Rafael .. probably spelled it wrong ...

Joshua and Junior installed my dishwasher. They were kind and friendly. The extra line that I was told to get before you could install it was not needed. I didn't need the install kit i purchased either. I returned the install kit to the Best Buy Brookfield location. Joshua and Junior are the best!

THE TECHNICIAN WAS THERE RIGHT ON THE TIME , HE HAD THE OLD DISHWASHER REMOVED AND THE NEW ONE INSTALLED IN LESS THAN 30 MNUTES.

Good job from easy instructions. Results #5 from the start. The Bosch gets it done and is a nice looking unit.

The purchased dishwasher has standard dimensions and the installation slot is also standard. The exact same dishwasher was installed in there previously. The installers did not align the dishwasher in the center. It is also installed too high so that the controls cannot be seen when the door is closed. It sticks out leaving a gap between the cabinets and the dishwasher. It is noisier than the previous one even though rated at a lower dB level. This is also likely due to poor installation. The installers made an additional hole in my cabinets without asking permission or telling us that they are doing it. They don't know how to use power tools. They have stripped the screws used to attach the dishwasher to the cabinetry. Shows lack of training, expertise and professionalism.

What good is an appliance if you don't hook it up? Use these guys to hook it up, and it will clean stuff while you watch Netflix.

For my areas Best Buy uses a third party company. They are awesome! The technicians explained everything and showed me features that I wasn’t even aware of in my new appliances. They were professional, courteous and informative! Best Buy or geek squad not sure which department was Responsible for scheduling with theThird party vendor was not so awesome from a communication perspective but it all worked out in the end.
