Bosch Dishwasher Installation was very satisfactory!

The guys who installed our dishwasher were great. Nice and helpful. When they removed old dishwasher, they gave me time to sweep and mop the floor under the old dishwasher. Explain everything about using the dishwasher in detail at the end of installation.

Installers were quick, friendly, and knowledgeable

1 guy came to uninstall my old dishwasher and install my new one. Lots of mumbling and grumbling took place. Not anything bad, but you could tell he needed an extra hand. Finally i asked if he needed any help and he took me up on the offer. Took him 2 hours to do the job.

I was nervous using Geek squad for dishwasher install as I had never used them before. Terry and Christian were very professional, polite and knowledgeable. They obviously cared about doing a good job and explained everything they were doing and why. When faced with a minor difficulty with my space, Christian came up with a perfect solution with our cabinets and best interest in mind. He also reviewed use of the dishwasher with a few tips I would not have known otherwise. Thank you Terry and Christian!

The two men who installed were polite, and did fantastic work. No problems, and would gladly use them to install again.

Clean install....he called ahead, was willing to chat as he went about the install, and let me know all about the features of the thing, and left a manual as well.

He brought my new dishwasher in and quickly installed it. I have not had any problems and was happy with the installer and the work.

Our installer was the best. Many times third party installers can be hit or miss. This guy was great. He made my wife feel at ease and was very helpful and answered all he questions. Best Buy needs more of these installers!

I was surprised to find out the guy was alone when receiving and installing our new dishwasher. He did a great job and made sure our wood floors were not scratched by physically carrying the new and old dishwashers to the kitchen and outside instead of rolling them around. I felt sorry for the guy and his back though. That seemed kind of rude of the delivery company to expect that of him. Regardless, he did a great job and we are very happy with his work.

My dishwasher had a problem one of the trays was broken and the replace it with a new product also the washer work very good

Installer was top notch. Our existing DW was never centered properly due to cabinet base misalignment. Always looked odd. After installation, this installer noticed it, didn't like the way it looked, got some longer screws, made some adjustments and bingo, looks great. It took him an extra 10 minutes, and was much appreciated. Want to add that the power supply hookup was much different than my older, less expensive Bosch. Not a simple replacement. Recommend you get the Best Buy installation.

There was a major issue with purchasing the dishwasher for which free install was advertised but you had to click on the free install banner to purchase the dishwasher with free install and it was not intuitive,. Once it finally got scheduled it went fine and they threw in the kit for free because of the trouble.
