They weren't able to install because of items that needed to be done. Left Dishwasher as requested. Refunded install amount. I installed myself.

This installation, when it finally occurred, went very well. The installer was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Unfortunately, it took over eight different scheduled attempts to get it delivered. I’m uncertain what would have happened if the Bolingbrook,IL office hadn’t gotten involved.

Install crew was outstanding. I needed an electrical outlet installed and didn’t have to wait for another crew to come and install it. They explained everything in detail. I couldn’t be happier!

My 2nd Kitchenaid dishwasher and so far so good. Cleans well and I'm pretty happy with how quiet it is! Quietest one yet!

They were a great group of guys who showed up on time and made sure I knew exactly what they were doing as they were doing it. They even explained the buttons on my dishwasher and also showed me how to remove and clean the filter. I really got the sense that they knew what they were doing. I'm so thankful for them, being without a dishwasher wasn't fun! These gentlemen put the new one in faster than I thought possible, while making sure I knew how to use the machine.

A father-son team did an excellent job installing the dishwasher. They were courteous and finished the work quickly.

They did a great job and answered any questions. The installation was painless.

The young man installing the dishwasheran was a Class Act. I couldn't believe the efficiency with which he removed the old washer and installed the new one without a helper. He arrived on time and finished before the 2-hour window closed. If I knew his name I would request him for every appliance installation I might have.

Dan & Tom were the service techs and were great with communications, absolutely on time, and able to answer any questions I had. They worked together as a team and you could not ask for a better team. At the end of installation the went over all the information I needed to know about the new washer and took the old washer out. I walked them to the door and I was impressed with their final follow up. Top Shelf!!!!
