Unprofessional

One of the screws fell out and he said it will fall out again. I fixed it myself and got it to stay. He’s not friendly on the phone. I had to reschedule one appointment because he was not going to be on time? Why give a time frame if you can’t keep it? Then I had to wait another month to get it installed only to have a screw come out and being told he wasn’t going to be able to get it fixed. People don’t go out of their way to help common folks anymore . Sad customer. I recommend the dishwasher just disapprove of your installation team?

not line up evenly with cabinet.

This time it was a different company and 2 awesome guys. They got the old one out and the new one in, down into the basement, tight stair well, tight turns, like it was nothing and they rehearsed it before. Set up and running in probably a half hour, maybe a little more. Thanks guys .. think it was Adiane and Rafael .. probably spelled it wrong ...
