Excellent team that did the installation. Kind, courteous, punctual and efficient.

Poor, I was told that the distance from the dishwasher to sink was more than they are allowed to install, hence was not installed. Spouse had to give up his Sunday to complete the job. We are scheduled to get refund of the installation charge that was paid. The gentleman did bring the dishwasher to the kitchen and did haul the old one away, again, we did pay for this service.

The installation is professional and quick. The tech guy is very patient to explain and answer the question. Good job!!

For my areas Best Buy uses a third party company. They are awesome! The technicians explained everything and showed me features that I wasn’t even aware of in my new appliances. They were professional, courteous and informative! Best Buy or geek squad not sure which department was Responsible for scheduling with theThird party vendor was not so awesome from a communication perspective but it all worked out in the end.

The installer arrived on time and the installation was problem free. The installer was extremely professional.

Didn’t show up and claimed I didn’t answer my phone or doorbell. I rescheduled the appointment. Then they charged me $150 for the installation even though FREE INSTALLATION was included in the price. They damaged the dishwasher when installing it, there is a dent on the bottom of the front panel. Now I’m trying to get the dent repaired.
