I thought I reviewed the installation previously, but, I'll do it again. Installation was done on time. The men were nearly dressed and efficient. Numerous notices were sent zeroing in on the time, as the window grew closer. They cleaned up after themselves. Removal and installation went smoothly. No time was wasted. They gave me a brief overview of my model/machine and hit the highlights on running my new machine.

Thanks to Andrew for taking the time to correct the first install of our DW. He came out the day before Thanksgiving and even helped us carry in our groceries. The first install was okay, but the contract installer did not return to correct the issue with the door improperly closing. It turned out that it needed to be leveled correctly. Andrew corrected the issue in less than 30 minutes, and assured us that the door was not twisted as we originally thought. The DW is working great. Thanks again!

The guys did a great job they fixed the leak. It was wonderful. However, when they installed the front part of the dishwasher it’s crooked it’s not straight flat

I couldn’t be happier with the installation experience. The team went above and beyond—not only was the work done efficiently and professionally, but they also noticed that one of my pipes was cracked and took it upon themselves to replace it without hesitation.

Installation experience was fantastic, and dishwasher was installed quickly and without any issues. The person performing the install was on time (actually arrived a bit early). Was great about communicating with us leading up to the install and was very professional and helpful while performing the install.

I forget the installers name that came out and brought the Bosch 800 Dishwasher, but what a 1 man show. The install was very well done, and with fast install. Im guessing 30 minutes in and out, from leveling, install everything hooked up and tested. Explained the starting of the new Dishwasher. Will have all purchases that need installed done this way. No stress or things going wrong if id done it....Very pleased

Ok, first let me start by saying that this was a purchase and installation I did NOT want to make, but HAD to make when our old Bosch dishwasher stopped working. Knowing my family needed a new dishwasher soon, I went to a few local appliance stores and also another big box home improvement store to shop around, but just wasn't happy with the estimates I received for installation. It seemed nobody could give me a straight answer or cost estimate. Then, I turned to Best Buy!!! Hallelujah! I researched the dishwasher I wanted, they offered free installation (and it truly was FREE) with the purchase of the Kitchenaid dishwasher I bought. I ordered everything online, including the installation, which was a breeze. We were on vacation the week the installers were to come and they gave us a time window of arrival that allowed my husband to return home in time to let them in. The installers were a contracted plumbing company from Best Buy. They took our old dishwasher away, efficiently installed our new one, leveled it and all was completed so professionally with clean-up in less than 2 hours. I am such a picky person, and there is not one thing I have to say about what could've been done better. The installers even showed us how to use it.! Thank you Thank you Thank you Best Buy! I will be back to buy other appliances soon ( a new washing machine) and choosing your installation again will be a no-brainer! I LOVE my dishwasher!!!

The installation went fast and was pretty good. They even recommended how an upgrade to the plumbing connection would help.

So far all is great with dishwasher. Quiet as most are these days. The upper rack has lots of flexibility as does the bottom. Space is not as confining as my last GE dishwasher. Most importantly dishes are clean and since there are only 2 of us the machine is not run frequently meaning food stays on for a few days before being run.

Henry and Jacob installed the dishwasher and they were excellent! They were quick and paid particular attention to getting it level as the floor slopes a little where the dishwasher goes. They were quick and efficient and answered all the questions I had. WE had to wait about 30 days for the dishwasher to be delivered, but so far it was worth the wait!!

Focus on the good first. The installation company had very nice and capable guys. They scheduled quickly, arrived on time, were very careful with my appliances, and were also very thoughtful and courteous in the service they provided. The installers also came well equipped to manage whatever they encountered. In my case, I had not been informed about needing a special support bracket over the dishwasher but they took care of it for me. Now for the bad. After the installation I happened to need a county inspection on my plumbing because we had also just repiped the house. The inspection failed because the installers didn't ensure they did everything to the required code. It was a minor thing (the exit pipe just needed to be attached higher inside my sink cupboard to avoid backflow); however, it was inconvenient that they were not careful enough to do this right during the initial installation. The installers were quick to come back out and resolve the problem so that I could get a reinspection done.

The guys did an excellent job removal and installation was done quickly and they cleaned up afterwards. What more could one ask for they did an excellent job demonstrating how to use the dish water.

Our tenant recently gave a great review about the installation of their new dishwasher, and we’re happy to hear they had a positive experience. They mentioned how smooth and efficient the process was, with the installation done professionally and without any issues. It’s great to know that this we were able to get this done for them in smoothly and quickly. Happy tenants make for a great rental experience!

Done by a 3rd party whom the workers know their stuff but their Team Lead Jeremy was terrible and gave specific instructions to leave the broken and leaking dishwasher in our house and in our Island. The team lead also gave instruction to leave all of the garbage that came along with the dishwasher so he could have his next crew wrap the broken one back up and sell it for an "as is", condition. The workers tried to change the mind of their team lead as well as my husband and myself but Jeremy refused and a mess was left in our kitchen that my husband and I had to fix and take care of so our Island wouldn't be ruined from the water damage from the broken dishwasher that had just been left for my husband and I to figure out and take care of. We still had our old dishwasher so according to Best Buy the broken one should not have been left and left for us to deal with water leakage and all. We filed a complaint with Best Buy and were told we would be compensated for our time and issues with the Team Lead and having to deal with 3 tries in getting our dishwasher that didnt have a broken lock or didn't come with a piece broken where it then leaked water everywhere. We still havent been compensated and we havent even so much as received an apology from anyone other than Best Buy telling us that the 2nd dishwasher leaking and all wasn't dealt with correctly by the Team Lead. Each time when there was an issue the worker would call the team lead and have the call on speaker so we all could talk to him and thus thats why we heard everything from the you leave it broken and leaking there to the next guys will repackage it and sell it "as is", when it was broken and leaking. So, after all of the issues we finally have our dishwasher on the 3rd try and it works great. Overall the workers knew how to install the washer it however came broken upon arrival 2 times which is just bad luck. In the end, we are so unhappy with the Team Lead and his unprofessional decisions and how he mishandled the issues we wish he would take responsibility and provide us the compensation we were told we would have.

We are very happy with the recent dishwasher purchase. Your sales representative worked hard to get us the exact model we wanted. Your geek squad installers were professional and considerate especially since I just had major surgery 3 days ago. They also went above and beyond not to compromise the integrity of our kitchen cupboards which are >25 years old. Their attention to small detail made the dishwasher fit into our kitchen as though it had always been there

The guys were quick clean and careful. I have hardwood floors and they used care when removing and installing my stove and dishwasher. On the initial look he thought I may need a special order because the dishwasher may not fit. Additional inches were gained by cutting out my wood floors out down to the floor below and making other adjustments...fit just fine. Hooked it up without issues and did a run before leaving...showing even how the soft touch buttons work. Happy customer...thanks

Isolation was great technician even taught me some things about the dishwasher. I did not know.

Works just great now that the leak was fixed. The leak was due to an issue with how the the water line had been connected to the dishwasher by the installers, but they easily fixed it. The dishwasher works great; it is wasy to use, it cleans and dries my dishes and glassware really well...no spotting or residue. It looks perfect in my kitchen, too!!
