Install and haul away was about 90 minutes for dishwasher since need to remove replace the hookups. Technician was very careful with the wood floors and checked measurements to ensure will fit and leveling.

I bought two separate appliances on two separate occasions, and each time I had the pleasure of having the same installation team do the install. They were prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and skilled. They did a terrific job installing my new fridge and dishwasher. I am a bit of a perfectionist and they worked with me to get the job done perfectly and to my satisfaction. I would recommend them to anyone. Best Buy’s insallation team is first rate!

There was a delay caused by a sick truck driver, so I waited from 1:00 to 4:00 without hearing from them. Then the resolve team got into it and they had the dishwasher with a new driver there within the hour. He was fast and very professional. Well done! They sent me a gift card to compensate for the wait.

The guys who installed our dishwasher were great. Nice and helpful. When they removed old dishwasher, they gave me time to sweep and mop the floor under the old dishwasher. Explain everything about using the dishwasher in detail at the end of installation.

Had a Bosch. Did not meet our expectations. The LG so far has been great. Bigger interior, very quiet, like the third shelf.

Third party contractor...... left a wood notch from dropping dishwasher in my wood floors. Never said anything. Installed the dishwasher fine, leftover screws left behind. Dealing with notch repair in wood floor.

Definitely go with Best Buy's install service. The team is great and they are fast. They know what they're doing and take care to leave without making a mark. Honestly I couldn't speak more highly of our experience working with them. After spending a lot of money on a big buy, just get it installed right.

The guys were on time, quick and professional. They also left the area as clean or cleaner than when they got here.

The installer were nice and knowledgeable however when they installed the water hose line and installed a screw it went through the waterline and caused major leak. Called them back within 5 minutes when they left to let them know it was leaking no call back. Place called to center and still no call back. Horrible service from center. Finally I had to called Bosch to send someone out.

Dishwasher already installed, racks needed ch aged as they were faulty. A little disappointed that they were left this way after the first and second appt. But happy with product now.

Took them a couple of tries to deliver everything correctly, then one of the new employees that was assisting the other one put a big scratch in our dishwasher. Replaced it free with another one. but installed and works well.
