The installer was great and very informative about the product.

The installation went wonderful. However, after the installation we notice a fountain of water in a downstairs basement bedroom under the dishwasher. I advised Best Buy about this issue and it took four days for someone to come out and look at the issue. The issue still was not resolved and they had to escalate. I had to fix myself.

It wasn't Geek Squad that installed my dishwasher but I guess they are the ones that have to back me up if something went wrong. The installers were a third party local plumbing company and very professional and quick. I expected around 1.5 hours but they were in and out within 50 minutes! It was a free install special so I took advantage of it and glad I did. I could have done it but not as quick as they did. I would have these guys do another any time!

The guys were knowledgable about the installation and how to run the dishwasher. Also, they were neat and clean and left no trash behind! They finished the installation quickly and with no fuss, but were obviously (and justifiably) proud of their work. Wish I could know every time we have an installation of a machine it will be done so professionally! Well done Best Buy!

This dishwasher installation was more complicated than the ones I did 15 years ago. The installers were prompt, courteous,capable, and extremely efficient. One was a plumber and I asked for his business card. The team worked like clockwork and were clearly experienced.They navigated the narrow front pathway easily, removed my old dishwasher as well as the new unit's associated packing materials. These installers are true professionals. Bravo!

Contractors that installed my dishwasher were top notch. They arrived on time (actually slightly ahead of schedule). Installed my machine, removed the old one and cleaned up after themselves. A great experience overall.

two guys came out and had the old dishwasher out and the new dishwasher replaced in a little over an hour.

MN Plumbing and Home Services is who Best Buy contracts for this installation. I had terrible installation experience with the stove and microwave. Somehow, they did the dishwasher installation okay. Probably due to the City requiring a permit and inspecting the installation. The guy installing did not use much care. He was hurried, slamming the unit in. It was if he was on a NASCAR pit crew.

The installer did a great job, had a great attitude, and so far everything is working just fine.

The dishwasher is quiet and runs well. I like that it has the feature where you can just wash one level if you choose.

First, we had to accommodate having our installation date changed 3 times and then on the day it was installed the team installing had been assigned us as an add-on and were very stressed for time. None-the-less, they got the job done. The one issue was that they did not do a very comprehensive job of was removing the plastic. I am still pulling off pieces that were cut off, not pulled off, so they left pieces behind. It is not a huge issue, but an inconvenience to me, the next customer, and the team.
