The dishwasher was scheduled and was installed with no issues. Except the dishwasher was defective. The service technician had the service dept call me to get a replacement. It has been 2 weeks and the still no replacement.

Our dishwasher was never delivered or installed after 2 appointments. The first of which they canceled at 5 PM, stating that the dishwasher was not there at the warehouse when they went to pick it up and then on December 4th waited home all day for them to deliver the dishwasher as scheduled and install it, and all we got was an installation kit. No dishwasher was ever installed or brought to the house. We got nothing but the runaround from Best Buy's customer service. They have not canceled the order as we asked them to since they obviously could not get it here and they have not removed it from the credit card. We will never go through Best Buy for anything again.

Try to be sure to have the same guy from the pre-install checking measurements be the installer if at all possible! Our supply/drain was over 10’ from the washer and I needed a longer stainless steel supply line and I had it ordered and ready for installation on the technician’s date-he knew what was needed and checked all of my parts before the installation so there was no issue!

Installation went very well and installers removed the old one and put the new one very quickly and very cleanly.
