Very professional installation, courteous and respectful of my home.

The Best Buy technician arrived within the 1 hour window scheduled. I was surprised that he was by himself. However, the machine isn't that heavy, just bulky, and he had a hand truck. He installed it quickly and correctly. He was done in about a half hour. He ran the machine through a short cycle to make sure everything was installed correctly and it was. He also advised me that my disposal is starting to rust and may need to be replaced in the near term.

The installer was on time and he and his helper were very efficient.

The installation guys kept us up to date when they ran into traffic that might make them late. They took care to not damage the hardwood floor and explained all the functions of the dishwasher. They were clean and courteous.

The guys did an amazing job of install. They were polite, prompt and informative. They even provided additional tips on how to maintain the machine, install the bluetooth and contact my energy company for rebates!

While I am grateful that my dishwasher was installed and is working properly, I was not happy with the mess left behind in my basement from drilling a new hole through the floor for the water hose.

Unless you are a totally hands own, I highly recommend buying this service. The way GCS custom appliances (Best Buy Geek Squad Sub) installed my Bosch Dishwasher, I could have not imagined a typical handy man do it. Felt that they did an excellent and precise job. Would have preferred Best Buy offering this service for a little less money though :-)

Wow! Great job installing my new dishwasher. There were some issues with the plumbing under my sink and the lead technician took care of it, no charge. I have had this crew before at my unit and they are top notch. Thanks, guys.

Our first 100 series Bosch dishwasher died after 8 days of use. We moved "up" to the next 100 model, which is more user-friendly and has been working fine during the 2 weeks that we've had it. The extra dry button and the red spot projected on the floor to show the machine working are welcome additions to the previous model.

The installers were nice and efficient. The first set of installers didn't actually do anything because the dishwasher was all busted up out of the box, not the installers fault but a waste of a day off of work and I had to wait over three weeks before a new one was finally installed.

The dishwasher installer did a wonderful job. The dishwasher is super quiet compared to the old one.

Best Buy did a great job. The dishwasher wasnt easy to get just right and I was so glad that I had them do it.
