Best Buy has great communication, quick and easy install. Great clean up.

Our first 100 series Bosch dishwasher died after 8 days of use. We moved "up" to the next 100 model, which is more user-friendly and has been working fine during the 2 weeks that we've had it. The extra dry button and the red spot projected on the floor to show the machine working are welcome additions to the previous model.

I was a little hesitant getting the dishwasher installed by someone hired by Best Buy as I have had previous problems with other stores and their service. The two men who came in to install the dishwasher could not have been more professional and friendly. I took their business card for other odd jobs I will have in the future! They were AWESOME!!!

Delivery was prompt and the installers worked very professionally. Came within a reasonable time frame.

The actual installation was very good. However, it would be nice if the scheduler could be more precise on the slots allowed to the customers. They scheduled me from 7 to 1, when they actually have me from 1 to 4 according to the installer. I could have gone ti work in the morning.

On time and effecient. Nice guys and pleasant folks.

When they people delivered the dishwasher, they said they couldn’t install because countertops were not in yet. I did not know this was a requirement. They said no problem, as “we are always in the neighborhood” and left the dishwasher. Took a long time to get appointment for install. Then they said I needed a plumber to make it work. I had assumed “free installation” would leave me with something that worked not requiring $300 for a plumber. Other than that, the guys were friendly and seemed to do a good job as far as it went.

Installation was done courteously and efficiently. Only concern was the attempt to talk us into a costly replacement of our existing plumbing connection. Was later told by a reputable plumber that our connection was more than adequate!

Installers did a great job. Fits well under counter.

Dishwasher was just what we were looking for. The installer was very good and he did an excellent job of installing it.

We had a long install day. A team of 4 men came to replace a refrigerator that wasn’t working, install a range and deliver and install the DW. Oh, by the way, did i mention that we ordered all these appliances well over a year ago, and this was the wrong DW. Jose had charge of the DW. He did a nice job of orienting me to use of the machine. After assuring me they would bring the correct DW when it was available. We carried on. There were several debacles. When I went to use the disposal for garbage later that evening after preparing dinner. To my shock, Jose, the installer had left sawdust, a mess, he had unplugged the disposal and airswitch. The large triangular shaped plug took up the entire outlet under the sink. Instead of discussing it with us, he just left the mess, left the disposal unplugged for my 73 year old husband and I to have to deal with after hours, and a sink full of dinner mess. Needless to say I was fuming. He had to know what he did to us. Too bad. Just a long line in mishaps from these delivery folks. This could have been avoided.

Jahiro did an outstanding job installing the dishwasher. It wasn't an easy job, but he stuck to it.

The guys were professional and did a fantastic job.

This seems to be a very good dishwasher so far. It cleans and dries the dishes and even plastics well.

They guys did a great job. They came on time and removed old one and installed new one in about 30 mins.

Installation was provided with the purchase. The installers were quick, friendly, and professional.

Try to be sure to have the same guy from the pre-install checking measurements be the installer if at all possible! Our supply/drain was over 10’ from the washer and I needed a longer stainless steel supply line and I had it ordered and ready for installation on the technician’s date-he knew what was needed and checked all of my parts before the installation so there was no issue!

Dishwasher was installed effectively. It resulted in my having to get a new faucet, but I understand why.

They did a great job - punctual, didn't take too long - I barely knew they were here!
