Installation crew always wore masks and they were efficient and did a very good install. My complaint is that the install date was too far out in time (2 weeks). I would not wait this long again for a dishwasher install.

The installers new exactly what to do. Ours was not an easy fit and they made it look easy.

When they arrived to install the dishwasher, we ran into an issue where the dishwasher was hardwired and they would not install. When we purchased appliances in the past through Best Buy, the "installation" included any minor upgrades like adding a receptacle. When we spoke to customer service, they confirmed that they used to provide the service, but have changed. They also stated that when purchasing in-store, the representative clearly explains the changes to be made to the home before delivery. I ordered online...where I wasn't notified of the policy change, so they canceled delivery—creating another issue of rescheduling, which, if you reschedule it, could be months out. While I disagree with the way they handled things and the use of the term "installation," it is a necessary part of the process, but not as easy and reliable as it once was. I would use it again, but know there may be some headaches ahead.

The installers were able to schedule an appointment early and install the dishwasher quickly. It wasn't a hassle at all and the end results were great! The fact that it was covered by My Best Buy Total made this an easy sell!

The installation went very well. The installer was prompt, and offered quality installation.

I was expected the Geek Squad to come over to install my Bosch dishwasher, but a third party was contracted by BB. The guy kept making excuses why he couldn't install the dishwasher i.e. the water shutoff below the sink was jammed, so we then found the main in the basement but he kept acting like it was wasting time. Finally after putting some pressure on his, he finally completed the job. He then in the end was like "oh, guess it wasn't an issue after all, shutting the main in the basement did the trick." Anyway, he did what he was supposed to but the annoyance was that he was kind of making excuses and kept saying that he needed to call his "manager" to assess what to do. Seriously? I wish BB would just send the geek squad and not third party contractors.

The gentlemen that installed the KitchenAid dishwasher were professional and knew what they were doing. It took thirty to forty-five minutes to set things up. They reviewed the overall operation of how to run the dishwasher which was very helpful.

I was very impressed with this installation. The tech was very kind, explained everything to expect and corrected an issue that I had, from the previous Install. He kept me informed and let me know what to expect. Friendly and very efficient.

We had a long install day. A team of 4 men came to replace a refrigerator that wasn’t working, install a range and deliver and install the DW. Oh, by the way, did i mention that we ordered all these appliances well over a year ago, and this was the wrong DW. Jose had charge of the DW. He did a nice job of orienting me to use of the machine. After assuring me they would bring the correct DW when it was available. We carried on. There were several debacles. When I went to use the disposal for garbage later that evening after preparing dinner. To my shock, Jose, the installer had left sawdust, a mess, he had unplugged the disposal and airswitch. The large triangular shaped plug took up the entire outlet under the sink. Instead of discussing it with us, he just left the mess, left the disposal unplugged for my 73 year old husband and I to have to deal with after hours, and a sink full of dinner mess. Needless to say I was fuming. He had to know what he did to us. Too bad. Just a long line in mishaps from these delivery folks. This could have been avoided.

Installers had done this hundreds of times, They were extremely competent, knowledgeable and friendly. Cleaned up perfectly and were in and out in minimal time. Would NEVER consider installing myself.

I am very pleased with this product. It does a great job of cleaning and is nice and quiet.

The installment of the Bosch dishwasher was near perfect. No leaks. No busted pipes. No nasty clean-up.
