Not only did he come back to my house three times at my convenience due to pipe replacement errors and then the final install, he was incredibly professional, knowledgeable and, did everything top notch... Dishwasher is quiet, cleans great and easy to install and understand directions on how to use it.

They arrive 30 minutes early than what was scheduled. I'm happy because they can finish early. They started unboxing the dishwasher then checked the kitchen. Dismantled the old dishwasher and haul it away. In am hour they were done. They were able to answer all of our questions especially how to operate the new unit. They made sure everything was working fine including the drain pipe which happens to be clogged. They found the problem quickly and fixed it for me.

The technician who installed my new dishwasher did a very thorough job. Very neat and precise. Cleaned up surrounding area and ran dishwasher cycle. Made sure I knew how to operate it and that I was happy with everything before he left my home.

We had our dishwasher installed professionally and we are glad we did so. They did it in no time and works great.

The installer arrived on time. No messing around. Got the old unit out, took it to his truck and brought the new one in Carefully unpacked and installed. then demo and out of here in less than 40 minutes. Left no mess, Excellent.

Second time was a charm. First time no parts and no contact back to do the install. Then I called and set up an appointment and they tried to change it (third party doing install). Once I got Best Buy re-engaged and they straightened out the installers, everything was excellent, even though it took more than a month for the install to actually happen.

The technicians that came to install my new Kitchenaid dishwasher did an excellent job. Although I was given a later time in the day, they called and indicated they had a cancellation and asked if I would like the unit delivered/installed earlier. They were prompt, easily removed a stubborn-fitting older unit, and installed the unit. They were professional, made sure everything fit well, was leveled, and worked before leaving. Overall, very pleased.

The installers where very nice, when opening my dishwasher they noticed it was beat up. The installer came to me and told me he was sorry but he couldn't install anything that was less than perfect. It took much longer than I'd had liked to get a new one but I appreciate the honesty and him trying to install it and hide it from me.

This dishwasher is so quiet, I wonder if its working! Never fails though, dishes always come out sparkling clean!!
