The team was really good - this is the second time they installed stuff in our house

Excellent Job!!! The two young men who installed my dishwasher, were very professional, knowledgeable, kind, and did such a wonderful job. I recommend their service anytime, anywhere in any place.

Not only quick and efficient, these 2 guys took the time to show me all the features and how they worked; how to keep the outer door and handle clean (even giving me their special cleaner and telling me where to buy more), and noticed that my counter-top was sagging because at first we all thought the dishwasher wasn't level. It was, and, it allowed me to start the process of installing new cabinets.

Install was free. Tech did not text, as the salesman said he would and instead called. Voicemail was not yet set up, so he couldn't leave a message. Not his fault at all on that, but annoying he did not text. Tech showed up an hour early, good thing my roommate was home.

Installation went very well. Service tech was helpful and friendly!

The installers were friendly and efficient. They arrived after we were told they would be there, but it didn’t take too long once they arrived.

The installers from Best Buy came, removed the old one and installed the new one without any issues. They were diligent and everything works.

Ryan was the installer and he was great. Didna good job, explained how to use the product.

My installer for my Whirlpool dishwasher was Charlie. He was very courteous, methodical and organized. He explained everything and seemed thorough in doing his job. I wish he had been my installer on the dishwashers that didn’t work and maybe the first dishwasher would have worked properly.

The installer was very nice and did a good job. The only problem was that the delivery is scheduled at a different time then installation and therefore, they have to come back to get the old dishwasher after it was uninstalled

The delivery team arrived with two supervisors who oversaw the operation. All were extremely nice and thorough. They also cleaned up and explained the operation of the dishwasher.

Great job by the installers. I took apart my previous dishwasher in an attempt to fix it. Spent 1-2 hours doing that. Preferred the peace of mind having my new one professionally installed. Job was contracted by Best Buy to Pacific Express Installation. Would gladly have the two guys that came install again.

Best Buy is the place to go for high end products. The sales personnel will ensure their customers are happy with installation and product to include service.

Everything with the LG Dishwasher works as expected

the team who install did an excellent job, checking for leaks and making sure if worked. Their customer service skills were excellent, well mannered and cleaned up afterwards. 5 stars is my rating

I'm so glad I decided to pay for installation. The two gentlemen who delivered and installed our new dishwasher got right down to business, installed it quickly and right.

They were professional in the installation of the dishwasher. They were in and done in a short amount of time.
