DISHWASHER: had issues with the first install and once the Geek Squad came to trouble shoot, the next replacement install was terrific. THIS LATEST CREW KNEW WHAT TO DO AND GOT IT DONE; THEY DESERVE A 5 STAR RATING. The first group not so much; appears they didn't really know how to install the sound insulation properly; they deserve a 1 star rating.

The installation of our dishwasher went without a hitch. They text us shortly before arriving and had everything they needed to get the job done. After the installation they made sure the dishwasher ran correctly and cleaned up and removed all packaging and our old dishwasher. They were on time, respectful and very knowledgeable. They even showed us how to best fill the dishwasher, put in the detergent and how to operate the controls! They even made sure we knew who to contact with any questions or concerns, however, due to how thorough they were I have not to needed to call. I would use Best Buy installation services again. Thank you.

So happy with the professionalism of the two young men that came to install the dishwasher They took their time and it they were in and out less then an hour. Even that one of them didn't speak great English he went to use the translator app on his phone ( Smart ) But didn't need with me. Series 800 Bosch is quite and washes the dishes many options to choose from Fast 60m with dry 1.45 the rest are 2hrs and more. I do raise all dishes before I use so I haven't had any problems with smells. As I have read in a review and was. Very worried about that part. The dishwasher did have wetness inside and though the tubes before it was installed so my guess is that they run them before they get boxed and shipped out.

Guys did a great job and was quite quick. Only thing is where they had to plug in the power cord is where my storange (glass ones) are located and they knocked many of them over and did not clean it up. I am disabled and I cannot get down there to straighten them back up. I was not happy about that.

The crew was knowledgeable and competent. Great service.

The two installation men did a fantastic job. We were conserned about our wood panel kitchen floor but everything was handled in a very gentle manner. The Dishwasher fit perfectly with the help of special proffesional tricks. We were even given a tourorial on how to use our new Whirlpool machine. Many THANKS go to the Best Buy installers !

The install itself went really well. Guy came in, took out the old dishwasher, brought in the new one, installed new hardware and done in less than 90 minutes. Only issue was some difficulty in scheduling as we had to do a Best Buy caused reschedule and it took a while to find the right person to talk to.

These two guys, from CT, were the nicest guys. They were very quick with the installation and worked great as a team, There was little chatter and each knew his assignment.

Cove Dishawasher installation was great. The unit is super quiet and thus far operates great. We wish it had a hologram timer on it that would light up on the floor like the Bosch but we liked the built in water softener thats why we got this unit, our bosch unit didnt have this feature.

Dishwasher was delivered on December 23. The delivery person who was scheduled to install it, looked under the sink and said he would be unable to install it, because it needed a "wrap around". He took a couple pictures and said some one would call on Sunday , the 26th to set up a installation on Monday, the 27th. No one called on the 26th. I phoned the Geek squad and had it rescheduled for the 30th. No one could locate any pictures nor did they know what a wrap around was. Geek squad arrived on the 30th, installed the dishwasher without any problem. He was great. The delivery person was a worthless buffoon. Other than waiting another week for installation, it was fine.

This wasn't an easy install but the team did great work. The were quick as well even though they did have to modify. The Unit is quiet and seems to work well with the first load. The major issue with this installation was they couldn't deliver all 4 pieces and be done all at once. Our Range is lost in Best Buy Warehouses. Our Oven was broken! Help Best Buy find & deliver all our purchases?

This dishwasher is so quiet, I had to put my ear to the door the first time I ran it, to make sure I heard water in there. With the hidden control panel and black door, it is easy to clean the door. The panel control is one of the very few analog button controls I could find on the market - this was important to me because of the difficulties I had engaging the settings on my last dishwasher with a solid state panel that often refused to engage. My one complaint about this dishwasher is that I have difficulty loading it efficiently and as a result, I am not getting as many items in the dishwasher - and this despite the fact that I do not wash pots in the dishwasher. I have had it several weeks and have still not got the hang of it. As for Best Buy's installer, he was efficient, courteous and professional. The BB installation cost was a bit high compared to other vendors I shopped with, but it was well worth it, especially since there will be no additional hidden costs if the installer encounters an issue (which did not occur in my case).

No problem with install. So far dishwasher is extremely quiet. Some concern about the amount of water still in the dishwasher after cycle/drying all finished.

Initially, the first dishwasher was delivered defective but I was able to work with BestBuy to get a replacement dishwasher. As far as the dishwasher goes, it has worked flawlessly since we got it. The dishes go in dirty and come out clean without any loud racket from cheaper dishwashers.

Love my KitchenAid dishwasher! I would definitely recommend this appliance to anyone looking to purchase a new dishwasher. Lots of room and the third rack is now a feature I use everyday. The dishwasher is so quiet that sometimes I have to check and make sure I really turned it on. I waited a long time for this dishwasher, due to the pandemic, but it was worth the wait.

Negatives: Wasted an entire day waiting for them. Positives: Very proficient and knowledgeable about installation, careful and respectful of our space and belongings. Very nice people with great customer service once they arrived. Details: My installation window was 8-noon. I called them at 11:55 since I hadn't gotten my "15-20 minutes away from your house" call. They called the truck driver and called me back saying it would be about 20-30 minutes. An hour later, they called back to say it would be another 20 minutes. over 3 hours later (about 3:20 pm) they finally showed up. They installed the fridge, range, dishwasher, and microwave quickly, but never verified that the items were what I bought. They also assumed I didn't want any of the packaging, boxes, labels, misc installation supplies provided (allen wrenches, etc), or paperwork (except the owners' manual) They didn't ask and started destroying and preparing to haul away these items before I stopped them.

Dishwasher removal and installation of the brand new dishwasher was accomplished in less than 25 minutes with great skill and care. Had purchased a GE dishwasher but it was slightly damaged and the techs had recommended having it replaced. Took a month but it was worth it. Totally satisfied!

My assigned delivery/installation time was 9am - 11am. I received a call about 10 min before 11am letting me know that they were on their way. Two young men arrived, introduced themselves, brought a floor protector w/ them, uninstalled my old dishwasher, took it away & prepared my new one for installation. They made sure that the dishwasher was level & explained why there was a gap in between my counter & the dishwasher (apparently my counter or my floors are NOT level, but they adjusted the dishwasher's legs & used a level to ensure that it was properly fitted into the space). They showed & explained about the new connections made under the sink. They started a cycle, observed that everything worked properly & stated that I should allow the cycle to complete before washing any dishes. They gave me the owner's manual & warranty guide. The only thing was that after the cycle finished & I opened the dishwasher, I found the warranty card inside, all wet & nearly destroyed. But nothing was damaged & you don't really need the warranty card anyway. They were pleasant young men, well-mannered enough to introduce themselves, worked quickly & did not make a mess. Overall a good experience.
