The installment of the Bosch dishwasher was near perfect. No leaks. No busted pipes. No nasty clean-up.

This is the fifth appliance purchased from Best Buy that Seth has delivered and installed and, as usual, did a fantastic job! He was respectful, knowledgable, pleasant and efficient. If I could give ten stars, I would.

The installer came in on time and had the new unit installed and the old one removed in what seemed like an hour or less. He stuck around to show me the controls which wasn’t necessary but to folks upgrading from 50 year old units might find it helpful. He was very nice and the process was easily worth the extra money we.

Cruzmen Install really new what they were doing Juan Jr recommended certain small plumbing parts that needed to be replaced so after living here for 38 years i guess it was time and it was done at a very reasonable price they were very knowledgeable of the LG dishwasher and explained in detail on how to use the product

The installers did an excellent job. They were efficient, polite, took appropriate care not to make a mess when installing, and cleaned up after theirselves. They were also informative and friendly.

The installer and I got off on the wrong foot when he has barely walked in the door, looked at my current dishwasher and said the new dishwasher wouldn't fit. My house was built in 2003 and has the standard size cutout, not to mention there was a full size DW there already. Once he got his tape measure out and realized it would fit, the complaining began. First, he didn't really know what he was doing as far as removing the old unit. Yes, it was a double drawer so it may not have been what he was used to, but I would expect most installers have seen at least one of those before. Then, because he didn't follow Kitchen Aid's recommendations for removing the unit, he bent one of the legs in the back. I've never heard so much huffing, puffing and groaning. After an hour of pounding, scraping and complaining, he finally got the old unit out after destroying one of my kitchen tiles. When he finally did get the new unit in, I just wanted the whole thing to be over so I overtipped him and he was on his way. Only later did I notice he installed the new unit CROOKED!!! Not a lot, but it's at least 1/2 askew and doesn't line up with the underside of my countertop. Every time I walk past it now, it just bugs that he was so sloppy. I had such as great experience with my over-the-stove microwave that I had BB install earlier this year that I wasn't expecting such a poor effort. The only reason I gave him the second star is because the job took longer than he was probably expecting. In the end, I have a cracked tile and a $1,000+ unit that's installed crooked. The rating scale below looks like it's for the dishwasher itself, which is awesome. It's the installation that was poor. "Would I recommend this item" is a big NO for the installation, not the product,
