First time was open box defective unit a s per installers statement. Second time the installation team arrogant ,refused to cover the shoes with booties, even though I have.mentioned it's against my religion & tradition to wear shoes in the kitchen. Threatened me do you want to install or not

Love the dishwasher! Unfortunately the installers could not get the old dishwasher out so we ended up doing the install ourselves. Ither than that i was very happy w the service.

The first dishwasher arrived with a dent in the front door. The installer immediately worked to remedy and have us up and running with a second dishwasher in no time at all. We love the third rack for silverware!

We’ve had several appliances installed previously but this was our first experience with Geek Squad installation. The delivery and installation process was very pleasant. The two technicians who showed up were very courteous, accommodating and patient. They tested everything thoroughly and explained the features in detail prior to leaving. Very satisfied with the entire delivery and installation process. Keep up the good work!

These guys were quick and professional. had everything needed with them.. i would have had to make a trip or two to HD for the correct parts. i am a hard core DIY guy.

I went into Bestbuy to purchase a new dishwasher. I spoke to the associate and he directed me to the dishwasher that I was looking for. I told him that if I purchase one, I had a stove that I need taken away along with the old dishwasher. He said he say no problem with that but I would have to pay an additional $15.00 for the disposal. I agreed to that and purchased the dishwasher. The day of the installation, I received a call from the installer about 1 hour before he arrived. I informed him that I had a stove that he needed to take to take Slone and that I had moved it to the curb for him. He told me that he had his Jeep and didn’t know if he would have room to take it along. I told him that I payed for the removal and he informed me that he would come back for it later with a bigger truck. When he arrived at my home to deliver it, he was greated by my wife and she also told him about the stove. She told me that he acted as if this was the first time he heard this. She showed him our bill to show him that we paid to have it removed. He also told my wife he would be back later in the day to pick it up. When I arrived home after work that day at 9:00 p.m., I was greeted by the stove that I moved to the edge of the driveway for the installer to take with him. I called and texted the installer to remind him that he still hadn’t pick up the stove, Suprise, Suprise, no return call or text. I then walk in the house to the kitchen. I then was greeted by my new dishwasher that was leaning inword approx. 1 inch at the top. I then wales to my garage and got my toolbox. And approx. 2 hours later, I had it leveled proper. 5 days later the stove was still at the curb. I contacted a friend and payed him to take it way. I wrote this feed back approx. 5 days ago when I received the email about how I was satisfied with my purchase and Suprise,Suprise, still no cobtact back from Bestbuy. My wife and I are in the market for a new fridge, stove and microwave. I don’t have much confidence in purchasing anything from Bestbuy if this is how the conduct their business.
