The guys who installed the dishwasher were quick, efficient, and professional. They had no problems hauling the new one up 2 flights of stairs and then hauling away the old one down the same 2 flights of stairs. Also, they showed up on time! Great service!

The install was quick and easy they did have to make some changes that cost extra but this was needed because my previous dishwasher was old.

OK, so I am not good with names- terrible really. But the gentleman that delivered and set up our new dishwasher was outstanding. Took his time, did everything right, educated me on the the unit and did everything with an awesome attitude. Dude really is an asset to Best Buy. Give him a raise... seriously would buy from you and order delivery/ installation again and have recommended this to others based on this experience.

The installation was difficult because my new dishwasher had a closed back and my old one was open. This made is hard to get the new one into place and make the water hose work correctly. It took a bit of doing, but they finally got it done. The were very professional and explained in detail everything that was going on, what the issues were and how they were going to fix it. I was impressed with them both.

Dishwasher installation was fine. Make sure you have proper plumbing connections BEFORE installer arrives. Ask Best Buy what connections you have. If you have an older house your connections may not meet current code.

Andrew from GeekSquad installed Bosch 500 Series Dishwasher unit. Original came out on Friday but because of plumbing issues couldn't install. After getting plumbing up to code and rescheduling, returned on the following Tuesday, removed old dishwasher, installed new one and tested within an hour. Very professional and courtesy. Took extra care in movement of both not to damage hard wood floor. Included a good overview of the produce (which he owns older model).

Carlos did my install. He knew exactly what to do and I found out he only installs dishwashers so was truly an expert on all the ins and outs. He was super friendly too. Walked me through every feature of the dishwasher and ensured it was working before leaving.
