The two men who installed our Frigidaire dishwasher were careful and very competent as well as very personable. They accomplished the installation quickly and cleaned up after their work was completed. We are very appreciative of their work!

The technician who installed my new dishwasher did a very thorough job. Very neat and precise. Cleaned up surrounding area and ran dishwasher cycle. Made sure I knew how to operate it and that I was happy with everything before he left my home.

This is the 2nd Bosch we've owned and we've been very happy with the performance of both dishwashers. The 3rd rack is convenient and makes loading and unloading of utensils very easy. So far all our dishes have come out perfectly clean. We chose this model because we liked many of it's features. The only thing we wish were different: we wish could see a display of the time remaining in the complete cycle, the InfoLight is helpful but . . . . .

Only reviewing the installation itself. The crew that did the delivery and installation were courteous and professional. They explained the process both before and as they performed the installation. They were knowledgable and described the different systems like the leak detection system. They demonstrated the operation once with me and again for my wife.

Nice enough guys. Polite. Clean. Took covid precautions. They seemed a little rushed and did not set it plumb to the space but I got out the level and did that myself.

The best buy crew came out and did a perfect job. Fast, friendly, and professional.

This LG dishwasher is very quiet, controls are easily understood, dishes come out sparkling.

Very Knowledgeable, nice young man. He did a great job installing our new dishwasher as our old one was never installed correctly. The old one would fall out when both the top and bottom racks were pulled out and fully loaded. It wasn't bolted in. He also had to drill a larger hole to thread the hose through. He really knew what he was doing. Very Happy!!!

My installers, Derek & Randall were absolute experts! My water line and waste line are behind my cabinets before the lines come into the back of the sink cabinet--and the installer was expert in a very difficult install. They were quick, thorough, and explained my new dishwasher to me before leaving. Because of this I would recommend Best Buy on the install all the way!

I am not pleased with the tremendous amount of tubing/hosing and and coil that wound up taking a lot of one of my cupboards space. I had to purchase at Menard's an 8' install kit which was fine, but we've had 3 dishwashers installed over the past 35 years and none of the previous installations took up so much cupboard space. I wish now that I had used our local plumbing and heating company to do the dishwasher install.

they were running a couple of hours behind due to issues at another installation and accidents on the freeway. They showed up a few minutes after I spoke to their superior to cancel and reschedule the installation because of an appointment I had to be at. They said they can do it. within 45 min they took out the old, installed the new, ran a quick cycle, cleaned up and took off. And they were very profesional!

I couldn't be happier with the efficiency of the job performed and how pleasant the installer was.
