The installers were great very professional hope you get the two man team from taking product off of truck to bringing in and taking out old machine, care was given in all aspects GREAT GREAT Installer’s!!

The installation was accomplished efficiently and professionally by two friendly and polite agents. The only issue I would mention is that when they carried the old machine downstairs?to the front door, water spilled on the floor. It would have been helpful to clear that up before leaving.

This installer was awesome. He came on time. He was careful with our home. He took extra time to make sure the dishwasher was leveled. He showed me how to use the new dishwasher. He was friendly and polite. Highly recommend Best Buy installation.

It is quiet, works great. But it sticks out a bit. Make sure you get a professional measurer!

Technician came out to install my product promptly and it looks clean. The technician also gave me some recommendations that I will look into. Overall great experience with the install of my new dishwasher.

Install was free. Tech did not text, as the salesman said he would and instead called. Voicemail was not yet set up, so he couldn't leave a message. Not his fault at all on that, but annoying he did not text. Tech showed up an hour early, good thing my roommate was home.

Bless his heart, he had to come 3 times to install. The first one was too tall, the second one didn't work, the third one was installed today. He had to take out my broken one at least only 2 times! He knew right away the first one wouldn't fit so didn't remove mine. He did remove and haul away on the second DW, and again on the third today. Finally hopefully I'm set!! He was always courteous and pleasant!

Installers Brent & Cameron called in advance, arrived on time, were very efficient, customer service oriented, professional and kind, explained operation of the dishwasher, and removed all packing material. Very much appreciated.

The install went quick and the workers were neat and did not make a mess.

Had both a dishwasher and a range delivered and installed. The crew that came was excellent: got a call 20 minutes prior (within promised delivery time), they hauled the old appliances and installed the new ones in less than one hour. Had bad experiences in the past and I was pleasantly surprised by the BB crew.

Local plumber that was sent this 2nd time around to actually complete my install did not try to rip me off like the first plumber Best Buy and professionally got the dishwasher install job completed.

Dishwasher install was perfect! Installer was extremely knowledgeable and patiently answered my questions. I deeply appreciate being informed about the delivery time. I highly recommend purchases and installations by Best Buy and will work with them again.

The installers I had to install my 1st dishwasher were excellent. They were on time, and extremely pleasant to communicate with. The 2nd dishwasher I got after returning the one purchased a week before. We got the same two installers!! So, yes we were extremly happy with them.

The installer was very nice and did a good job. The only problem was that the delivery is scheduled at a different time then installation and therefore, they have to come back to get the old dishwasher after it was uninstalled
