The installation of our new dishwasher was spot on! Tony was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. He was in and out in less than an hour. He checked to be sure it was level and showed us how to operate it. He was respectful of our space and new floor and cleaned everything up after he was done. We were happy he took all the packing supplies, too!

Bought from Best Buy in part due to Free Installation Offer before the year end holidays. Friends had had good experiences with installation of electronics. Appliance installers were very focused and competent, completing thorough and detailed job in pleasant manner. We have experienced no problems since the install. In our area, we did have to wait a number of weeks to for the install to occur

I am having a huge problem with the adjustable arms on the bottom of my dishwasher. They are very flimsy and don't stay ula using my dishes to constantly fall I the opposite direction. I am very nervous that my dishes wil begin breaking. Any suggestions, before I call someone in???

Installers were very nice. However, on October 16th, less than 1 month after installation there was a problem. Dishwasher did not drain. I was only run about 6 times. Called Geek Squad for repair service - they were helpful and set up a repair appt. The dishwasher had only been run about 6 times since installation. The first few time, it did drain somewhat, but the dishes were a not completely dry and somewhat filmly. On October 16th, water did not drain but remained in the basin. Repair was set up by them with GE, I guess because of the warranty. Repair person came and found no problem with the appliance but with the installation. The drain hose was installed incorrectly, which is why the water sat in the basin - luckily it did not overflow onto the floor. He also found a loose wire under the machine. Since it was not an appliance problem, but an installation problem, he was not required to repair it, However, thankfully, he did, and it appears to be working. Geek squad was helpful arranging repairs, wish I didn't need a repair and have to spend time arranging for it and being there for the repair.
