They installed this perfectly! Looks amazing. Works wonderfully.

It was a bit unfair to the gentleman installing my new dishwasher as I didn't realize it doesn't have a drying element until he installed it and all the interior was wet when doing a test run. A rinse aid must be used or water remains standing. But I do know that those at Best Buy worked really hard to make sure my dishwasher was installed before Thanksgiving.

The installers were professional and courteous. Knowledge was exceptional on our old as well as our new dishwasher. Installation was easy and within the set time frame.

The guys were quick efficient knowledgeable and very helpful.

excellent customer service, we had problem with the water hose location in old style they couldn't install it, after we fixed the water hose the bestbuy customer service nicely rescheduled the installation, and for free!

They were there early and very professional. They did such a great job i was impressed. Especially the last delivery from best buy showed up and refused to bring my fridge up my apartment. I get that they didnt want to damage anything but they were rude and trying to pressure me into keeping the fridge in my garage. Really how am i supposed to bring it up myself. These guys definitely restore my faith in best buy's delivery service.

I bought my Mom a dishwasher and had Best Buy do the installation. The installer was fantastic. He did a great job making sure it was installed correctly, he even swept the area after removing the old one. My mom raved about him. Thanks so much, she loves he new dishwasher.

My install was scheduled for morning before noon. After no-show I called and was told it was between 1pm-7pm even though it still showed before noon online. The Best Buy CR called the install company and they said it would actually be after 7PM so an entire day off of work was wasted. The company that they sub contract is EXTREMELY unorganized. It is my understanding that Lowes & Home Depot use the same company so it is not limited to Best Buy. Once the installer showed he was great. Very courteous and knowledgeable. He was also subcontracted by the company that Best Buy uses so it is a roll of the dice on what installer you will get. Best Buy did comp me a gift card for the inconvenience though so they definitely get points for that!

The installers did an excellent job of carefully installing the dishwasher. Very competent and explained how to operate the dishwater. Did a good job of removing old dishwasher and installing the kit. We were very disappointed that it took nearly two weeks for them to show up.

He was super serviceminded, took care of every question and issue I presented. He was very detail oriented in how the installation looked in my kitchen. I have nothing but good to say about the experience. I will not hesitate recommending Best Buy install.
