About the installation. What a fantastic experience! The installer "KYLE" arrived at the exact promised time for the installation of my new dishwasher. He was very professional, very knowledgeable of his job as well as of the product. Kyle was also very conscientious of the cleanliness of the installation. This is the very first time I ever had an installation going so smoothly. Best Buy you are the BEST!

My Dishwasher was installed as was promised and I was kept informed the day they came and when my dishwasher was installed by a professional person that new what to do.

Yes, installing your dishwasher is easy until you start to do it and realize its not as simple as it looks and then you have that doubt of whether you have everything secure and wonder if after the first, second or tenth wash disaster will happen. For that reason I leave it to the Best Buy Pros.....no hassle, no worries! They are good and what they do and I am not living in fear, waiting for the unexpected.

My installer did a great job, but when he arrived I was informed that I needed a valve on the sink which I did not have, but he installed it for me for an additional price. It would have been nice to know that the installation may cost more money if you don't have the required parts.

Overall they did a good job installing since the opening was a little tight, but I noticed afterward that it is in there slightly crooked.

Great product until after use it wasn’t cleaning dishes properly or drying them. Had to send back and tried to replace with coil heated without steam. Was told by manager that he could get the one we wanted yet I would have to wait until November before delivery.

They came in. They screwed. Nothing leaked. A plus.

Very Impressed with our dishwasher installation. The technician Junior was very professional, technically experienced and very kind. We would recommend him and Best Buy anytime and all the time. We were able to receive this install in a very timely fashion when all others in this area were weeks out! Best Buy once again saves the day!!

This was a replacement product for one that was installed damaged. This installer was concerned about making things right, which included installing an outlet that was up to code. The first installation team installed the wrong outlet and then refused to come back and correct the problem. The first installers were awful. This crew was excellent.

Oscar was great for our KitchenAid dishwasher install was on time very knowledgeable easy to talk to would definitely recommend him to friends and family need more installers like Oscar.

The MSP installers were there on time. Very professional, they removed the old dishwasher, brought in the new dishwasher and installed the new one very quickly. The entire process took less the 45 minutes. They cleaned up and left. Very Efficient, polite, professional. Very pleased with the whole experience.

While away for work. My wife had to purchase a new dishwasher. Not being there to install it my self this was a great option. Even took he old one away. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was they couldn't instal the same day it was delivered tying up my wife for 2 days.
