Installers were excellent, friendly. quick, and professional

Fernando did an awesome job installing our new dishwasher! From start to finish, he was professional, courteous, and clearly knew what he was doing. He arrived on time, explained the installation process, and handled everything with care and precision. He even took the time to double-check all the connections and made sure the dishwasher was running smoothly before leaving. What really stood out was his attention to detail—he made sure everything was level, sealed properly, and cleaned up the area afterward. It’s clear he takes pride in his work, and it shows in the results. We couldn’t be happier with the installation, and we’re grateful for his excellent service. Highly recommend Fernando for anyone needing appliance installation—you won’t be disappointed!

The father and son put in my insignia dishwasher when i say they was very professional and friendly the father explained my dishwasher to me what it will do and what to expect and how long it will wash the dishes they make sure my dishwasher was level and made sure it wasn't leaking when i turn it on. I was so greatly for the work and the professional

The two Best Buy guys who installed my dishwasher were professional and kept me up to date on what time they would arrive. They were quick and efficient in installing the dishwasher and tested everything to make sure it worked. They cleaned up the space and even moved my old stove to my garage for me (when I didn't purchase the move service). They were wonderful and my new dishwasher is running like a pro.

Install went great. I got a call the night before with a service window . The next morning I received another call that let me know they believed it would be closer to the end of the timeframe. The tech was very polite, considerate and cleaned up after himself. Answered all of my questions installed and tested the dishwasher. Overall this was a very positive experience which will have me look at Best Buy agin for appliances

Had an excellent experience with buying a dishwasher at Best Buy and its delivery/installation. I'd never purchased a large appliance like this at Best Buy. But when my parents' dishwasher broke on them (spring 2021) I looked at the usual suspects (Home Depot and Lowe's) they were out of stock for a long time on Bosch dishwashers. I was told due to global supply issues, microchips, etc. But a friend told me they bought their entire new kitchen applicants at Best Buy with a Best Buy credit card, got a bunch of cash back, discount, etc. Which is what I'm planning to do when I replace all of my large appliances in the future. So I went into a store and they had several Bosch's to choose from (I went for middle-upper grade) and it was delivered in 3 days. The delivery contractor they sent out was really friendly and did the job quickly. The dishwasher is a tight squeeze around the kitchen but it all went smoothly. I'm happy I was able to make this happen so seamlessly for my parents and will use the delivery-install again. Thank you.

This Samsung dishwasher, combined with Best Buy's excellent service, has transformed my kitchen routine. Highly recommend it for anyone needing a reliable and powerful replacement!

much better delivery service than Home Depot but not quite as good as local guys. But considering Best Buy is competitive price their delivery service is much better than the other big box stores.

Our installation was spot on. They arrived within the noted timeframe (and kept us updated), were very polite, completed the installation quickly, and were very tidy with no mess.

We hated our old dishwasher bc it had the utensil tray on the door, which was inconvenient! I knew I wanted a dishwasher that had the stainless tub and was in my price range. When we found this dishwasher with the 3rd drawer, I was sold! So far it is working great, very quiet and you always know when the dishes are clean, there is a green LED light that is projected on the floor that alerts you that the cycle is complete.

The install crew was excellent. They helped us work around some issues the installers of the previous dish washer had left behind, and were in and out in no time. Great job by those guys

The technicians worked very efficiently. They went over the features of the new dishwasher after installation. And most importantly removed all of the debris before leaving. Excellent job

The crew sent with the dishwasher for installation was very respectful and efficient. We were instructed on how to start along with the different settings to use. We were very pleased with the young men and the great installation!

The company sent out to install my dishwasher arrived, went straight to work and installed my dishwasher perfectly. I saw him use a level several times to assure it was perfect. They were friendly did their job and left my house as if they were never here.

So far I love the dishwasher. It's so quiet i have to feel it to see if its really on. The install sucked however. The store scheduled it but one day before install, I get an email telling me install is a week later, which I can't accommodate. I had to reschedule install. Appliance was hooked up, but wouldn't work. (I purchased out of box, so I couldn't get a swap for same price) I had my electrician come and install, was just a loose wire. BB did refund my install and haul away charge. The biggest issue i have is not being able to contact the store or anyone when there is an issue. This is the second time i have had an issue with installation from BB.

I received three installs and two uninstalls of my KitchenAid dishwasher— the first two collected water inside the top of the door resulting in the controls not working properly. I had my doubts, but the third time really seems to be the charm! We love it! It seems this particular dishwasher has been subject to some recalls and I got unlucky the first two installs. Each team that installed arrived as scheduled and were professional and accommodating, as were those I spoke to on the phone each time I had to schedule a return and redelivery. So worth the trouble!

We've only had the LG - 24" Front Control Built-In Dishwasher with QuadWash and Stainless Steel Tub - Stainless steel for three weeks but it is working well. It is very very quiet compared to the dishwasher it replaced. We had to readjust our way around the dishwasher due to the sensitivity of the touch buttons. No leaning against it; the power button turns on with the slightest touch. Our solution was to be more aware of its operations. The installation was completed by the installer who left the kitchen area where he was working very clean and free of debris. He reviewed how the machine worked, buttons and all and answered all of my questions. It has a timer in the middle of the console (front facing) that counts down as the cycles progress which is helpful in knowing the length of the wash.
