The Best Buy delivery professionals provided excellent installation service. Our dishwasher was old and not up to code, so the Best Buy delivery person knew what to do and installed our new dishwasher with ease and confidence.

Very good installation - they even came back when I saw what I thought was a knick on the door. It turned out to be the invisible cover!

The installation for our new dishwasher was easy to schedule and the servicemen were both very nice, neat and quick. I also want to mention that it was a good thing they had an extra hookup kit on their truck. I purchased the dishwasher and kit online and at no point was I reminded to remind the driver or installation guys to make sure they had it...in other words I assumed it would be automatically taken care of. The install guys saved the day!

I bought a new dishwasher and did not want to install it myself. When the installer came out, he told us that there was a part under the sink that was too old and needed to be replaced before the install could occur. It was easy to re-schedule the install after we had taken care of the new part. The install was able to occur on the second try, and the installer was friendly, efficient, and explained how to use the dishwasher very well.

The installation of the dishwasher went well with no issues. A pipe under the sink began leaking after he left and he came back when I called him and the leak was not a result of the installation. However, he took the time and energy to fix it. He went to Ace Hardware, got the pipe and repaired it quickly. I really appreciate his extra effort.

Right on time, with every tool that he needed. Took the effort to install it "perfect" for height, level etc. He also fixed the air gap tube when he saw that water was coming out of it. And this guy knew everything about the dishwasher and in the shortest time explained all the features. I learned some new things. Two thumbs up. I will never go to lowes for dishwashers or any other appliances. Best Buy is it for me!!

This is the first time that we have purchased an appliance from Best Buy. The salesman worked hard with us over the phone to make this purchase and set up the delivery and installation. The service man that delivered the dishwasher and installed it was on time and thorough in the installation. He made sure it worked and did a complete cleanup.

Installer came on time, were clean and so far everything works!
