The crew was good and fast. They were courteous, and cleared away all the packaging.

We were told that we had to go to the store to pick up the kit before installation. The crew came with one. It was a waste of our time. They should come with them with the dishwasher. The store manager agreed and said he would look into this.

Installed in 45 minutes. Left no mess, were respectful, and were quiet. Great service!

The installation did not take long at all. The installer had my old dishwasher out and the new one installed in less than 40 minutes. Very pleased the job he did. my only complaint is he did not explain any of the features or how the dishwasher works.

I wish I could remember their names, Eric and I can't remember the second. They had a little trouble getting the old one out. I'm glad I paid the money to have them do it rather than my husband. Once they got the old one out they slid the new one in, secured it and were gone. It took longer than we thought but they were fine, professional and cleaned up after themselves. Good Job.

On time, fast, efficient and worked with us even though our kitchen cabinets and countertop was not fully installed. Only complaint is that it seems to tilt toward the back so the middle rack rolls back. Best part was that installation was free.

Loved the guys that did our install. They were very careful when removing and moving the old dishwasher and when moving the new one to not scratch floors and cabinets. Their planning and installation of connections was well-thought out and efficient. Normally, they require the customer to inspect the item before it's moved into the house but due to rain, they adapted and let us look it over in the garage.

He was late showing up, but called to let us know he was running behind. Once here he was very personable. He got the old dishwasher out and the new one installed quickly. He showed us how to use the features of the new dishwasher and was on his way.

Swapping out the new dishwasher was quick and the two Geek Squad employees were friendly.

Great job in installing the first dishwasher and handling the return of it when it malfunctioned. The Customer Service representative I spoke to helped me through the process of purchasing another dishwasher ( which were in short supply due to Covid -19). The first dishwasher was removed and the new one installed very efficiently.

Best Yet guys did the installation for me of TWO dishwashers. they were knowledgable, polite, fast, and clean. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I'll also add that I bought the machines at the Best Buy in Watertown, MA, and that the gentleman who helped me there was also: knowledgable, bright, polite, fast, did not pressure me. EXCELLENT!

Great product until after use it wasn’t cleaning dishes properly or drying them. Had to send back and tried to replace with coil heated without steam. Was told by manager that he could get the one we wanted yet I would have to wait until November before delivery.
