Installer did a good job. Only complaint is that he stated we should not use powdered detergent. He claimed that powdered detergents are hard on the machine. In fact, Bosch clearly recommends a powdered detergent in the manual. The install itself went well. Barely an hour.

Installation was quick, done by courteous personnel who knew what they were doing.

They did a nice, quick, thorough job of installation. It's been a few weeks, no issues.

Installers were great…we did have issue with Best Buy. We couldn’t get install with delivery because they said we didn’t order install kit. Scheduled install separately after getting kit and found we didn’t need it. That was bummer…two weeks of dishpan hands .

So where to begin. I scheduled to have dishwasher installed and delivered on a Thursday. I got a text, email and phone call all with different windows. Then they show up and tell me they can't install as they did not have install kit...Really? So dishwasher dropped off and not installed. Should'nt a checklist be done before loading truck! So i call and complain...i get a measley $50 gift card for my inconvenience. I used my time off from work...well more than $50. They schedule me for Monday. This time they show and forget the electrical install and had to temporarily hardwire. Had to reschedule for the outlet. They refunded me for electrical install. Then later that day they were able to install outlet after all. They were able to flush mount thee dishwasher. The first installers did not. I looked at outlet install and realized they attached to cabinet and not wall! So now if i replace cabinets i have to move outlet. This was really painful for this installation, considering they charge nearly as much of the dishwasher. Probably the last time I get an appluance from Best Buy...sadly.

Quick and efficient installation, very nice installers.

The 2 guys that came out did a good job installing. Didn't take them long. I only gave 4 stars because one of the gentlemen was unfriendly. This is not acceptable as his job is to go into people's houses. We shouldn't have felt uncomfortable with him like we did.

The installation technician completed it fast and showed us how to use the product as well.

Installers were on time and efficient. They knew what they were doing even when tile wasn't below dishwasher. Very clean and helpful to show me how it works.

Very pleased with this service provided by BB, The installers unloaded the new dishwasher, brought it into the house and immediately began the install. On finishing, they cleaned up the work area, took all their debris and the old dishwasher. No time wasted.

The guys did a great job of installing, but they showed up minutes before the end of their projected arrival time...then didn't have everything they needed. Ended up having to stay home well beyond what we expected for installation to be completed.
