While the installers were nice - having the plumbers helper walking backwards while texting resulted in snapping off a cabinet door (perhaps best not to text and walk). The company hired a finish carpenter to take the door and try to repair it. Appreciated his efforts to glue it back together over a week. It is acceptable, but nothing else offered from installing company or best buy.

Installation was quick and easy! The guys were great.

The installation of my Bosch dishwasher went very well. The installers were running about 1 hour late, but they called an hour early so I was able to prepare. Otherwise, I would have given 5 stars. The installers were very professional and courteous

The installers for my dishwasher (and stove and microwave) were incredible. Professional, friendly, considerate...even nice to my dog. They gave me time to clean up behind the appliances they removed, they worked clean, and explained how to use the new appliances. Cannot say enough, they were great.

The installers notified us by phone with estimated arrival time. They arrived within the delivery time window given us. The two installers were very personable & knowledgeable about the device to answer questions we had. The installation, removal & cleanup was quick.

Best Buy’s teams did a great job. The first dishwasher I got lost a spring in the door before the 60 days was up - so they replaced the whole thing! Fast, professional, friendly, and clean. Definitely recommend!!

These guys were quick and professional. had everything needed with them.. i would have had to make a trip or two to HD for the correct parts. i am a hard core DIY guy.

I had a rather challenging order and install. After a REALLY bad first install, Courtnie came back, discussed what happened, as well as my options, and resolved the whole situation. She has completely restored my faith in Best Buy. I bought a house at the end of last year and will likely get appliances replaced and installed via Best Buy based solely on my interactions with her. Treat her well, she IS a keeper!

installers were fimiliar with unit and installed it perfectly.

Unfortunately, we did not discover until after the installer left that the dishwasher is not level. The dishwasher racks roll back into the dishwasher when they are pulled out. We tried to adjust the level with the adjustment screws for front and rear but the maximum adjustment was not sufficient to keep the racks from rolling back in when they are pulled out. We appreciated the time the installer spent explaining warranty and features to us but his not leveling the dishwasher properly or notifying us of the problem was disappointing.

The tech who installed the dishwasher was very competent and efficient. Our beef is with Best Buy who subcontracts out the installation to only one actual installer. The delivery and installation should be a 2 man job. Expect delays in the delivery, because, in my opinion, the one installer is overworked.
