the installers were very professional and knowledgeable about the dishwasher.

For appliances such as dishwashers that require professional installation I believe turnkey purchase is the best option. We were contacted by the delivery agents to organize a time and then by the installation crew prior to arrival. They arrived on time. We opted for the nominal charge to dispose of our old appliance as well and the packaging for the new equipment was also removed. Great service.

The two technicians who installed my dishwasher were very thorough and skilled. It was obvious from the start that they were experienced installers. The install went smoothly and I haven’t had any problems at all.

The installers for my dishwasher (and stove and microwave) were incredible. Professional, friendly, considerate...even nice to my dog. They gave me time to clean up behind the appliances they removed, they worked clean, and explained how to use the new appliances. Cannot say enough, they were great.

It was a bit unfair to the gentleman installing my new dishwasher as I didn't realize it doesn't have a drying element until he installed it and all the interior was wet when doing a test run. A rinse aid must be used or water remains standing. But I do know that those at Best Buy worked really hard to make sure my dishwasher was installed before Thanksgiving.

Installer could not remove old dishwasher and told me the new one will not fit. He was very helpful. In first place, your on/line help (phone call) gave me incorrect information re all dishwashers standard size and will fit where old dishwasher is located.

Had to buy this accessory with the new dishwasher for the install. No problems so far. Works great!

Had 5 appliances installed...the installers were friendly and fast. They did all on the work order except reversing the door that we requested. We were told we have to make another appointment for that.

The installer was prompt - actually early. He called to make sure his arrival time was OK. He was neat, respectful, polite, and fast. He absolutely knew what he was doing and was very proficient. He explained everything that he was doing and how to operate the machine. He was GREAT!
