Very nice guys. They did their work very carefully.

Unfortunately, we did not discover until after the installer left that the dishwasher is not level. The dishwasher racks roll back into the dishwasher when they are pulled out. We tried to adjust the level with the adjustment screws for front and rear but the maximum adjustment was not sufficient to keep the racks from rolling back in when they are pulled out. We appreciated the time the installer spent explaining warranty and features to us but his not leveling the dishwasher properly or notifying us of the problem was disappointing.

The installation and delivery team did a great job. Everything was done perfectly. THey needed a special part due to the tightness of the fit and called in and had the part delivered within 20 minutes.

Installed quickly and workers were polite and experienced.

I was very impressed with the service of our dishwasher installation. He had to come on a different day due to bad weather, but kept me well informed as to when he would be here. Did not have to wait around for someone to show up at all! He kept me well informed and it worked out great! He also gave me some valuable information about the dishwasher that I would not have known just by reading the manual.

We love purchasing from Best Buy and have never had an issue. This time was very different. The installers came with our new dishwasher and were also supposed to take out our old one. We were a very late stop in the day and you could tell they were not interested in even attempting to remove the old dishwasher. The technician looked at it and stated he could not remove it. So then he asked if we wanted him to leave our new dishwasher and we said yes. I was not sending it to Never Never land. So it was put in the middle of my living room, where it stayed until we could get another team to install the new appliance. To get another team was a whole new debacle. We ultimately removed our old dishwasher ourselves and tried to set a new install appointment. The original installers gave us a number to call to set up the new install- it was a disconnected number. Then we called Best Buy and they told us the installers said they finished the install, well that was not correct. Then we were instructed to go back to the store where we bought it. After that visit and a lot of back and forth and many more phone calls a new delivery time was set up and a NEW TEAM. The second team who came should be the ONLY TEAM that Best Buy uses. They were wonderful, knowledgeable and exceptional. They got our dishwasher installed and we were thankful.

The crew came in removed the current dishwasher removed it and installed the new one. They cleaned up after everything was done and took the old one with them, I could not have asked for anything more.

Best Yet guys did the installation for me of TWO dishwashers. they were knowledgable, polite, fast, and clean. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I'll also add that I bought the machines at the Best Buy in Watertown, MA, and that the gentleman who helped me there was also: knowledgable, bright, polite, fast, did not pressure me. EXCELLENT!

Matt & Dave are wonderful people. They are efficient, knowledgeable and hard workers. They did a fantastic job of installing the dishwasher. The previous technician could not install dishwasher. Matt & Dave have installed other appliances as well.
