Installation in Alaska is usually a pain and this was no exception. Not a reflection of best buy but was expected.

Install went smoothly; the delivery team was in and out within an hour.

The 2 gentlemen who delivered and installed my appliances were very professional and courteous.

My install was scheduled for morning before noon. After no-show I called and was told it was between 1pm-7pm even though it still showed before noon online. The Best Buy CR called the install company and they said it would actually be after 7PM so an entire day off of work was wasted. The company that they sub contract is EXTREMELY unorganized. It is my understanding that Lowes & Home Depot use the same company so it is not limited to Best Buy. Once the installer showed he was great. Very courteous and knowledgeable. He was also subcontracted by the company that Best Buy uses so it is a roll of the dice on what installer you will get. Best Buy did comp me a gift card for the inconvenience though so they definitely get points for that!

They were there early and very professional. They did such a great job i was impressed. Especially the last delivery from best buy showed up and refused to bring my fridge up my apartment. I get that they didnt want to damage anything but they were rude and trying to pressure me into keeping the fridge in my garage. Really how am i supposed to bring it up myself. These guys definitely restore my faith in best buy's delivery service.

A bit of a difficult fit but the installers did a good job and it looks great.

After several cancellations this person who can was perfect, friendly and even solved unresolved problems we had just by doing his job well. He knows his job and is quite knowledgeable about what he’s all about. I’m eventually fully satisfied after he completed the job!
