The gentleman did a great job on installation, he made sure everything was done right!

The crew was good and fast. They were courteous, and cleared away all the packaging.

On time, fast, efficient and worked with us even though our kitchen cabinets and countertop was not fully installed. Only complaint is that it seems to tilt toward the back so the middle rack rolls back. Best part was that installation was free.

The installation did not take long at all. The installer had my old dishwasher out and the new one installed in less than 40 minutes. Very pleased the job he did. my only complaint is he did not explain any of the features or how the dishwasher works.

One of the best installations from Best Buy. The guy was very knowledgeable My last was super horrible the gentleman scratched my new hardwood floors and wrote on the contract that the scratch was already there and asked us to sign. We had no idea he added that on the slip. What makes it worse is that he knew he scratched it because we talked about it when it happened and he told us to be careful if we ever were to move our fridge so no other scratches would occur.They were very unethical.Please be careful. Only reason we know this is because we told Best Buy about it and you can see in their receipt that he took was hand written that the scratch was there. We would have. Never signed that. I would NOT recommend

He was late showing up, but called to let us know he was running behind. Once here he was very personable. He got the old dishwasher out and the new one installed quickly. He showed us how to use the features of the new dishwasher and was on his way.

The young men did an excellent job installing my three new appliances. They were thoughtful and considerate and left no mess. They made sure everything was working properly. The range, microwave and dishwasher are a beautiful addition to my kitchen and I’m looking forward to the delivery of the refrigerator in March.

Loved the guys that did our install. They were very careful when removing and moving the old dishwasher and when moving the new one to not scratch floors and cabinets. Their planning and installation of connections was well-thought out and efficient. Normally, they require the customer to inspect the item before it's moved into the house but due to rain, they adapted and let us look it over in the garage.

The installers did excellent work and were extremely considerate of our home and carpet.

The installation of my Bosch dishwasher went very well. The installers were running about 1 hour late, but they called an hour early so I was able to prepare. Otherwise, I would have given 5 stars. The installers were very professional and courteous

The service person was great. He came well prepared, He was very professional, and performed the dish washer installation very quickly. He cleaned up after the installation, and showed us how to use the appliance. I highly recommend him for future installations.
