Timely, efficient and thorough installation. Team was very neat and careful with removal and installation. Explained the entire process, step by step. Displayed the operation cycles and demonstrated functionality, including the adjustable top rack and wine glass accessory. Recommended to family and friends.

The dishwasher installers were not only kind and friendly, but also incredibly professional and efficient, completing the installation with impressive speed and expertise.

I received free installation with the purchase of my dishwasher along with free delivery. That's a deal you can't hardly beat. The installer did a good job, was courteous and professional. My installation was supposed to be between 12 and 4 PM, they called the day prior and told me it would be about 6 PM at night. Luckily I didn't have anything going on. But at least they did let me know the day prior.

The service person was great. He came well prepared, He was very professional, and performed the dish washer installation very quickly. He cleaned up after the installation, and showed us how to use the appliance. I highly recommend him for future installations.

The dishwasher installer from Best Buy did a fantastic job! He called before he came, arrived on time and worked wyickly! He took the old dishwasher out quickly. He went right to work installing the Frigidaire dishwasher and was finished quickly. He showed us exactly how to use it. He told us he had the same dishwasher and loved it. He cleaned up after himself. There was no mess.

The delivery was fast and the guys installed quickly and neatly. They observed a drainage issue and rerouted the hose, which is likely why two previous dishwashers died young. I'm very grateful for that extra help. I hope this one lasts a long time.

I believe BestBuy contracted people to do installation. I would recommend the person who installed our whole new kitchen appliances- not only the dishwasher. His name is Quintin from XPO. He goes above and beyond in doing his job and is very knowledgeable in what he does. I believe that I can't be best at everything, I am good at what I do but not at installing appliances- so I will leave it to the pro to do it.

This dishwasher is alot better than the maytag and LG i bought which were terrible in drying the dishes. This one comes with many options which allows for better washing as well as drying the dishes extremely well. It is little on the high price range, but does a great job washing and frying the dishes

Team had to do a modification since my dishwashing machine was hardwired and an outlet had to be installed. Technician was very pricey and quickly installed the dishwashing machine.

The install was a great decision. The guys were in and out. Very clean and polite.

The first dishwasher was delivered damaged. But the three crews that came to deliver, pickup, re-deliver/install were most polite, friendly and a pleasure to deal with. I was worried about an install in my older 1971 home - but they did a superb job. Efficient, honest, quick, neat 'n clean. Bravo.

Very good and very quiet. Just be sure to read the manual so you understand the lights system

I replaced my 15 yr. old dishwasher with the same newer one. it's so cheaply made. The door won't stay open, it's SO dark inside and everything is a cheap plastic compared to the old one. The door is hard to open and sometimes wouldn't close. the front panel is very thin. It does clean well, so far.

The installers did a fast and efficient job getting the dishwasher in. My only concern was that they broke a hot water supply valve and told me it was corroded and not their fault and they could fix it for $75 or turn the hot water off at the source during the installation. Scheduling was not a good experience as they would only give me the day, not the time of day until the day before and then it was still a 3-hour window. I would have appreciated being able to say morning, early afternoon or late afternoon. They came at the worst possible time of the day for my schedule that day.

They came when they said they would and installed it fast and without any issues.

The installer was terrific. However, when I contacted the company to confirm an installation time, the receptionist was very, very rude and hung up on me! For this reason and this reason alone, I don't recommend this particular installer. Best Buy is aware of this!
