First dishwasher was installed and they didn't notice a giant (softball size) dent in the front until I pointed it out. A replacement was ordered and installed a few days later and works great.

The 2-man team arrived as promised and called when they were 20 minutes out. They were very professional and did a great installation. They were very careful to protect the kitchen and were diligent at making sure that everything was aligned properly. The install company called one business day ahead to confirm appointment time. The installers called the morning of the appointment to give firm time of arrival. They were on time and complete the work in a short period of time. The work was professional and they were polite. The old dishwasher was removed without issue. Very happy with the work.

The dishwasher installer from Best Buy did a fantastic job! He called before he came, arrived on time and worked wyickly! He took the old dishwasher out quickly. He went right to work installing the Frigidaire dishwasher and was finished quickly. He showed us exactly how to use it. He told us he had the same dishwasher and loved it. He cleaned up after himself. There was no mess.

Be careful of Best Buy’s installers. The guy came to my home and wanted to charge me 270 to install a part for the dishwasher. He claimed to one I had was old and that it cost $45 at Lowe’s so I really didn’t understand what I paying for. I told him no I wasn’t given him extra cash. And had to turn around and pay some one else to install the dishwasher. The did it with no problem. The guy was trying to make some extra cash off me.
