The team worked most cooperatively to handle some glitches in the hook-up process and it was done in a timely fashion ...it was checked to ascertain functionality and it was a seamless experience for us.

The fellas didn’t hook up the electrical plug to a working plug. They completely missed the working electrical plug right at dishwashers back end. They dragged the cord over to the non functioning plug under the sink. They came back and fixed it. I had to make another 7 to 7 appointment. It took three attempts to get it installed. Not a happy customer.

We had trouble getting the exact dishwasher we wanted delivered from an online purchase. But the local Hotel Circle Albuquerque store solved the online problem. The installer was great--experienced, professional. He fixed a flooring problem that the old dishwasher installer should have noticed. I would recommend going to the store for all appliances and large items that need delivery.

Best appliance installation experience ever. Professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. Great job on the instructions for the operation of the dishwasher before leaving. Also did excellent job of cleaning up after the job.

David from the GeekSquad arrived on time and installed our new dishwasher without a hitch. He discussed a small placement choice, was careful and respectful of our home, tested the dishwasher out, and cleaned up before he left. Except for our shiny new appliance you would never know he had been here. Nice pleasant guy too. Overall great experience with the GeekSquad installation.
