The guys who came out were very respectful of our home and rules. They ended up needing extra parts and had no problem running to the local store to grab em (at our expense but that’s to be expected). They made the entire process seem effortless and were in and out… 2 thumbs up

The subcontractor did a good job on the installation of my new dishwasher. only thing I didn't know was that the air gap on the sink isn't part of the install kit. So I was up charged for that. But all in all a good experience.

Be careful of Best Buy’s installers. The guy came to my home and wanted to charge me 270 to install a part for the dishwasher. He claimed to one I had was old and that it cost $45 at Lowe’s so I really didn’t understand what I paying for. I told him no I wasn’t given him extra cash. And had to turn around and pay some one else to install the dishwasher. The did it with no problem. The guy was trying to make some extra cash off me.

The installation staff were exceptional in their efficiency. This is important to me as it is difficult for me to move appliances and to bend over to make the appropriate water and electrical connections. I have used other installers for other products and have occasionally had to call another contractor to correct the installation. I recommend the Best Buy installers.

I received free installation with the purchase of my dishwasher along with free delivery. That's a deal you can't hardly beat. The installer did a good job, was courteous and professional. My installation was supposed to be between 12 and 4 PM, they called the day prior and told me it would be about 6 PM at night. Luckily I didn't have anything going on. But at least they did let me know the day prior.

The install was a great decision. The guys were in and out. Very clean and polite.

Dishwasher installation was done by a third party sub contractor . They were very polite and professional . The water line was not tightened enough and I had to call a plumber due to leaking.

I believe BestBuy contracted people to do installation. I would recommend the person who installed our whole new kitchen appliances- not only the dishwasher. His name is Quintin from XPO. He goes above and beyond in doing his job and is very knowledgeable in what he does. I believe that I can't be best at everything, I am good at what I do but not at installing appliances- so I will leave it to the pro to do it.

The installers did a fast and efficient job getting the dishwasher in. My only concern was that they broke a hot water supply valve and told me it was corroded and not their fault and they could fix it for $75 or turn the hot water off at the source during the installation. Scheduling was not a good experience as they would only give me the day, not the time of day until the day before and then it was still a 3-hour window. I would have appreciated being able to say morning, early afternoon or late afternoon. They came at the worst possible time of the day for my schedule that day.

It was as if the new dishwasher had always been there, couldn't even tell there was a removal
