The installers were very polite, and professional. The night before we received a text and the they called us prior to delivering the dishwasher. They were quick to install it once they arrived. Once installed they reviewed the dishwasher, and ensured that all questions were answered as questioned. Great Service.

The installers were on time which was set several days before. While one unloaded the new washer from the truck, the other one was disconnecting the old one inside. After installation, with a new hose and completed wiring, the installer took pictures of critical connection points before they left. One short test run was completed to find any leaks (none). The old one was hauled away.

The installer was terrific. However, when I contacted the company to confirm an installation time, the receptionist was very, very rude and hung up on me! For this reason and this reason alone, I don't recommend this particular installer. Best Buy is aware of this!

The team of +installers arrived on schedule, and did a very professional install on our new dishwasher from Best Buy.

The Installation was super fast. The guys didn't leave any mess and were very courteous.

The installer (David) and his assistant were great. He communicated estimated arrival times. He was very courteous and completed the installation in a very quick timeframe. Lastly, he was very knowledgeable about the dishwasher itself and gave a great tutorial.

The installer did a nice job of installing. I only wish he would have noticed that he didn't allow enough of the dishwasher to stick out so that the controls would be more easily used. He cleaned up after and left the kitchen in good condition.

Our new Samsung Dishwasher is working great. The controls are very easy to use. It runs pretty quiet also. Thank you to Garmonyou Richards who went above and beyond installing our new dishwasher.

Installation was great because I didn’t have to worry about getting it right.

The install was sub par for people who should be experts. At first I gave the installers a good rating and then I noticed a few issues. The matched kick plate I have under it was not not put back on and was just slid to the side. The dishwasher itself is not flush with the counter top. Also they cut the floor a little bit to have it slide into the hole and did not clean up the mess they made from doing so. The dish washer is not currently leaking so good job on tightening the lines.

Installers were very efficient, respectful and pleasant. We were very pleased.
