I had a good experience with my Best Buy technician who installed my dishwasher. But he wasn't able to connect the dishwasher to the electric because of some recent building code change in my state, wish I was informed of that ahead of time.

Ashley and Heather did a great job. Removed and hauled away the old dishwasher and easily installed the new one. Heather explained how to operate once installed. The team was neat and professional. They called ahead and I knew when to expect them. For appliances and technology, Best Buy and the Geek Squad is my choice.

One of the comments on this dishwasher is that it vents during drying to the left of the front door. The installer had to mount the dishwasher a little proud of the surrounding cabinets due to a piece of wood supporting the granite counter top. This was OK because this left the vent clear of the cabinet to the left so that the moist drying air cleared the front of the adjacent cabinet.

Guys were very friendly . Made a hard job look easy . Had to make several adjustments to get the dishwasher in and then had to drill a larger hole to attach the hose to the drain .did a very good job .

They hauled off the old dishwasher and installed a new one. It was well worth it.

The installers took out the old unit, protected the floors with mats, and installed the new unit. The old dishwasher was hard wired so they had to install an outlet for the new dishwasher plug, which was done without any additional charge. The men were very pleasant to work with and explained the controls very clearly before leaving.
