The crew was so polite. They easily took out the old dishwasher. They unpackaged the new one and installed it. The technician who hooked up the new one was polite and when done explained everything to us about the new unit.

The installers were excellent and even fixed a problem with the disposal that caused my old dishwasher to not drain. Turns out I really didn't need a new dishwasher, but it was so old, I was happy to have these installers put the new one in anyway.

Installer did an amazing job putting in our new Samsung dishwasher! He was neat, pleasant and proceeded to explain all of the features. And he was right on time too! Couldn't ask for better service.

The technician that installed the dishwasher was great. Went through the operation as well as provided us with a little bottle of jet dry. I had already replaced the shut off valve, so it was a simple install

Absolutely horrible. The Best Buy provider installer did not know what they were doing. They installed out top of the line Bosch dishwasher. They destroyed the adjustment legs, failed to put in all the panel screws, left with parts, and did not install the discharge hose for proper draining. I end up having them return with the parts, and I installed the unit myself the correct way after calling support to make sure the warranty would be honored if something were to happen in the future. The Best Buy installation was needed for the Best Buy warranty.

They did a good job. I hate that BB doesn’t have a better tracking system so I didn’t have to spend all day waiting for crew to come.

The installers were on time, courteous and efficient. They made quick work of the installation and gave a good orientation on the dishwasher. They ran a cycle prior to leaving to ensure all was good to go.

Guys came in and did a fantastic job installing our dishwasher and were very nice! They took the old one, cleaned up and were very efficient. Highly recommend them again to do an install!

The service professional who installed my dishwasher was excellent! He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. I would rank him in the top 3 of all the service professionals I have had to deal with over the years. This gives me great confidence in using Best Buy's service again in the future.

The tech guys came out to install our new dishwasher. They were well aware of all he previous issues (2 damaged dishwashers) that occurred before they installed. They went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied! Well done !

After trying for hours and realizing I was not going to be able to properly install my new dishwasher I called Best Buy and asked for help. They scheduled a tech to come out within just a couple days. He was on time, friendly, and very knowledgable about the install. Once completed he ran through all the "how to" operational guidelines as well which I did not expect from an installer to tale the time to do.

I had to have someone else install as the crew were unable to get it back into the cabinet far enough. It's an issue with Bosch. They were courteous and did try multiple ideas to get it to work.
