The delivery and install were completed in a vey efficient and professional manner. The workers were friendly and explained what they were doing and tested the dishwasher before they left.

without dishwasher for 3 months......waiting for undamaged one to arrive. Dishwasher is nice. Still trying to understand how to work it. The buttons need to be pushed multi times before they engage.

Our installer showed up when he said he would and was very knowledgeable regarding the installation and the actual product itself. He was also very efficient and explained all the important features to us.

I set a day, they called day prior gave me the window. The guy was right on time. He showed up was super nice. He removed my old dishwasher, and installed new lines. He did a great job. No issues at all.

Waited a long time for this out of stock dishwasher made in NC due to pandemic shut downs. Very glad to get the install and our installer was friendly and efficient. I would rate this third party contract employee with five stars. Dishwasher review should come later but expect it to outlast my last two Vikings.

The team that did the installation were amazing!! They helped make sure it was done correctly and were so helpful. I had a part missing from the extension kit and they picked up for me. Really a great team. It was the third part company and was great quality!! TJ Fraiser and Twan were the best!

The person who installed our dishwasher did an excellent job in every way. He called us to inform us when he was coming & showed up at that time. He removed our old dishwasher and installed the new one efficiently. He also explained some important features of the product.
