Looks good works good no issues with install only been about 1 month

Did great job pulling out old dishwasher and installing new one.

The installers were excellent and even fixed a problem with the disposal that caused my old dishwasher to not drain. Turns out I really didn't need a new dishwasher, but it was so old, I was happy to have these installers put the new one in anyway.

The installers were professional, on time, got done quickly, explained the operation of my dishwasher as it has a ton of features. They were the best.

This free Geek squad installation was done well. Delivery was on time, the guys were efficient, and friendly, The gave a quick explanation of basic controls, the removed the old one, and took it away. They left the area clean. What more is there to say. Yeah Geek Squad

We were warned at the store that we may need to install a duplex outlet under the cabinet once they pulled the old dishwasher... and sure enough it needed one. The installer got it done, cost extra but at least now we meet code and it works.

Worked as expected. You need this and don’t try to use the old kit.

Rodger was the best-- professional, efficient, and after he installed the dishwasher he stuck around to show me how to properly operate it.

The two techs (Juan and Derek) that came to install my dishwasher were great. They were polite and early. Made sure to clean up after themselves and make sure everything was operational and to my liking. The process with Best Buy has been horrible but the two installers and Ben who scheduled everything was great.

I have learned that you either get a geek squad person or a sub contractor. I got the sun contractor. Was polite but split my cabinet when he drilled into it. I didn’t bother reporting it to Best Buy as they never answer the phone. The people scheduled by Best Buy came to take the old dishwasher away before it had been taken out. They wouldn’t de-install it so I was left with my old appliance. They said they would contact me to rearrange but never bothered. Disappointing

The two Best Buy employees that came out to install or dishwasher were very polite followed all the current safety protocols, removed our old dishwasher and replaced it with our new Bosch one in less than an hour. The were respectful and considerate of our home and us.

Jake from Craig Electric was one of the nicest installation men I have met. He was prompt, called when he was on his way and within a few minutes of arriving. He took the time to let the dog meet him. I was home alone when he arrived and the dog was my sense of security. He liked him right away. He explained what he was doing during the process and answered all my questions very professionally.

After the first installation, we had to make another appointment to re-install it which was a hassle but the technician figured out what needed to be redone so it was okay at the end.

So far so good on this Bosch dishwasher. Very quiet. Would recommend it to everyone.

So impressed with the professionalism. I bought a floor model & they came equipped with everything needed for installation. They also cleaned the outside of the dishwasher very nicely getting the sticky sales tag residue off the stainless. They would not take tips. I bought from Best Buy because of them. Installation cost at big box retailers was high dollar especially Lowe’s.
