Crew showed up on time and installed my new dishwasher perfect!

The installers were on time, courteous and efficient. They made quick work of the installation and gave a good orientation on the dishwasher. They ran a cycle prior to leaving to ensure all was good to go.

The installer exhibited great knowledge and willingness to deal with a couple of minor issues that a previous installation team would not deal with. We appreciated the creative, can-do attitude of the installation team and they did a great job.

The installation contacted me about my time frame for installation, and arrived within the reduced time frame. The installer was friendly and pleasant when he came into review where the dishwasher was to be placed in my kitchen. He quickly removed and installed the new dishwasher and clean up and removed the packaging. This was a very smooth and nice process. I couldn't expect better service.

After the excellent 4-appliance install I ordered with dishwasher and matching refrigerator, microwave, and oven, I am certain my next appliance purchase will be from Best Buy. About the same time I had a washer installed by a big box hardware store, and the difference between the two experiences was so stark that the Geek Squad installers will always be our preferred option.

The guy come to install my dishwasher did not put it in right. He dented panel. Then I called back and it was hard to get them rescheduled back. But one of the supervisors called me personally and told me that he would come out Saturday morning first thing and fix everything. Tell me I would get a credit but didn’t receive that but I’m happy with the product. I am happy that the supervisor came out to fix his Workers mess up.

The installer showed up within the scheduled time along with the range and dishwasher, and unfortunately my kitchen contractor was behind on their schedule. He set the appliances inside and asked if I wanted him to come back later, just call his office. I never did, I had my contractor hooking up all the appliances. Great Service though and appreciate it.
