The BB crew did an excellent job installing the new Kitchenaid dishwasher at my kid’s house. Excellent communications letting me know when they would arrive and a professional install. Highly recommended.

My dishwasher installation went very smoothly. They came within the correct time frames and they called prior to arriving. They were careful, knowledgeable, and set it up perfectly. They tested it, gave us a free sample of dishwasher cleaner, and even cleaned up after themselves. They were also friendly to talk to and answered our questions. I love my new stainless Kitchen Aid dishwasher. I've had it for just about a year and it still looks and runs like new. It's so quiet that I don't even know it's running. I love the long bar that opens the door, I don't like those push up levers. I also love the spacing and layout of the racks, and it cleans so much better than the crappy Kenmore I had - which started going defective in under a year and died in under 2 years with barely any usage! If you are building a house, and the contractor uses Kenmore, pay extra to upgrade to a different brand!! I had to replace both the dishwasher and the fridge!! They were crap!

The guys finished the dishwasher install in 15 minutes! They did a great job.

The dishwasher is fantastic but the installation is questionable. Screws holding in DW are right at the edge of the cabinet, any wrong move with the DW could rip a chunk out of the Cabernet face. Plus they scratched the cabinet face. DW is installed out a bit to dad as the adjacent drawer barely clears the DW. Also waterline was tied to our sink sprayer hose rendering the sprayer useless.

These installers arrived on time. Were very thorough and professional. They discovered the previous installer, not from Best Buy, had kinked the water supply hose and the open box dishwasher we purchased days before did not have a bad water pump. I decided to keep the new in the box Samsung dishwasher and the installers made quick work of the swap and demonstrated my new Samsung dishwasher.

The installation team was great. Very friendly and professional. They were quick with the installation and informative regarding how the product worked. They were also clean and vacuumed any debris. Excellent job.

Great customer service and very professional. He even cleared the clogged that we had on the previous dishwasher. He arrived on time and was also very friendly.

The two gents that came out for this service were very polite, prompt and exceptionally quick at their work. One of them was a trainee and the Sr. tech took his time making sure that the "new guy" understood not only how the install took place, but why it was done in that order. Well done by both and they finished a full kitchen install in less than 3 hours with removal.

Very Quiet. WiFi helps 'not so smart' people like me, guide you through the cycles and cleaning.

Jorge and Carlos installed my built in dishwasher. They were so meticulous and made sure it was perfect, down to the last detail before they were done. Now I have a gorgeous dishwasher that was installed properly with no leaks and it looks great, to say the least. I absolutely love Best Buy's installation crew and would recommend them in a heartbeat to anyone.

This review is for the dishwasher installation. Overall the installation was completed very professionally and no additional issues during or post installation. Only reason took a star off was that it was about 3-4 weeks to get the dishwasher installed. THis was also during the holiday season which there is an increase. But installation was done within the timeframe they stated and was performed very professionally

Great removal and install. Workers were nice and completed their work quickly and efficiently. No mess and everything was completed as expected. Excellent overall.

Install was simple to setup and they did a great job. I ordered a new Samsung dishwasher with install. They hauled off my old unit, and installed the new one in no time.

Best Buy installation and haul-off team was great. Two people that behaved professionally and were friendly. They didn't mind answering questions I had. They were efficient and left the area clean.

The technician was very professional and knowledgeable. He had to make some adjustments to get the dishwasher to fit the space. He did s great job and it looks great.

The person who eventually came to install my dishwasher did a wonderful job and was kind, made provision for the dishwasher pan I had purchased and cared about the quality of his work. The communication between Best Buy/installation company and me was poor. I made arrangements to get my dishwasher on a certain day, reminded several times via phone, waited all day, and was never notified that the dishwasher wasn't available at the warehouse. When I finally called them that evening to see what had happened I was told of the problem and had to reschedule for a few days later. It was during the holiday time and things slip through the cracks but that was my experience. I will use Best Buy again and am sure it was just something that got missed in the busy time.

The installation team from Best Buy was outstanding. They were professional, courteous, and very efficient. The new dishwasher was installed perfectly, they tested it to make sure everything was running correctly, and they left the work area completely clean. I was very impressed with their expertise and the high quality of the service.

Love the dishwasher, was a little surprised so far at some of the ratings, mine works nicely and is really quiet. I like the way it opens before the last 10 mins of the cycle for better drying. The delivery and installation was timely and they guys were polite and cleaned up after themselves. I had forgotten to take out the stuff under the sink, but they graciously said no problem, and neatly stacked my stuff up on the counter. My only complaint with the installation was, after they did a quick rinse to make sure everything was working, somehow a pipe/hose was night totally tightened. I ran some water in my sink a few hours later and turned my disposal on for 10 seconds, when I noticed some water under my sink. They had loosened something and not secured it. Luckily I am pretty handy and found a new washer, tightened the ring above the P-trap up and everything seems to running ok.

Delivery and installation went smooth. Complete installation within a reasonable timeframe. Installers were professional and answered my questions.

The guys did a great job of installing my new Thermador dishwasher after waiting six months for it’s arrival. When installer demonstrated how to clean the filter, the drain component was not “snapped” back into position properly and the first cycle did not drain. I looked up in the manual and was able to figure out why it wasn’t draining properly. No problems since.
