Guys did a great job. They new what they were doing and were very careful.

They did a decent job installing it, cleaned up any mess and didn't take long. However, the dishwasher is setting kind of crooked.

We were warned at the store that we may need to install a duplex outlet under the cabinet once they pulled the old dishwasher... and sure enough it needed one. The installer got it done, cost extra but at least now we meet code and it works.

Installation went very well except for the extra charges by the plumbing company. I am a member of Total Tech so the install should have been free. But the installers changed a valve and rerouted the water supply and charged us $200. I should not be responsible for this but I can’t find anyone at Best Buy to agree.

The two men had the old one out and put the new hoses on install took less then a hour.

The installation guys did a nice job with the install and with cleaning up any mess made. Wish they would have talked a little more and explained what they were doing during install. They shut off power to the kitchen without advising.

So impressed with the professionalism. I bought a floor model & they came equipped with everything needed for installation. They also cleaned the outside of the dishwasher very nicely getting the sticky sales tag residue off the stainless. They would not take tips. I bought from Best Buy because of them. Installation cost at big box retailers was high dollar especially Lowe’s.

Installation went very well. Professional gentlemen. Allowed me to clean before they set in the new dishwasher. Asked us for a towel to prevent a spill.

Installer was professional, courteous and quick. We were lucky enough to obtain free installation, which would be silly to refuse. He removed the old unit, allowed me a few minutes to clean the space before placing the new dishwasher, hooked up the new unit and tested. Made a couple of recommendations for using. Very happy with the installer and his work. Left NO MESS behind !!

Installer installed quickly, ran a leak check and a cycle to make sure it worked. He was here as promised, worked quickly and was pleasant.

Had an issue where 3rd party installer didn't think he could install the dishwasher. Had to reschedule with the owner of the 3rd party company but was installed without issue. A bit of a hassle but well worth it being a total tech member to have this done for free.

Lazaro and Luis were great. From communicating exactly when they were coming, too quickly and efficiently installing the dishwasher, going over operating instructions and cleaning up. A+. Very friendly and professional.
