It was never installed. They told me i needed to hire a plumber to connect the drain line. So idk how it is marked completed..

Glad I decided to use their installation instead of attempting myself. They needed to cut a plastic pipe to replace a connector. Didn't care for the lack of carefulness before water was turned on or running the dw. Had water everywhere...twice. One was a forgettfulNess and the other was just a potential issue and didn't expect it. Seems to me they should plan for water and move quickly when it happens. They were nice. Also wish salesperson would have mentioned the potential other costs for installations, I know they can't list everything but a list would have been nice. I might have bundled the install with other plumber items I needed if i had known.

this was a second delivery of the same vender. And we could not be Happier with the product and the agents that not only delivered it but installed it. Job well done Best Buy

This is the first appliance we had installed by Best Buy. They blow the competition out of the water. We knew in advance: 1. WHO the technician would be 2. WHEN the technician would arrive 3. WHAT the process would be, end to end After the gentleman installed the dishwasher, he reviewed the controls and operation. Really a nice job Best Buy!

I had thought about attempting this myself, but when I watched the technician do it, I decided it was worth the money-it would have been a project for me, and I am sure I'd have forgotten some connection that would have led to a lake on the kitchen floor. The technician answered all of my questions, cleaned up after the job and had this up and running in no time.

The installation of my new dishwasher was done by two very nice guys. They even took extra time and corrected the very inefficient original “piping/tubing” pathway that was created (as a shortcut that never should have been done) by the previous homeowners. I’m very happy with my choice to pay for professional installation.

I believe that I already sent in a review of the Samsung Dishwasher and the delivery and installation. The two gents who did the installation were knowledgeable and polite.

Dishwasher us very quiet and does a great job on getting dishes clean.

The installation went great but it was not as timely as I expected. Also I felt the man was overscheduled for the day. I was the last of 9 installations. I truly hope he was paid well for doing this on Friday after Thanksgiving. Wonderful man, great job.

Dishwasher works great now that it is installed correctly and the door shuts correctly. We had to get a replacement dishwasher because the door did not line up to close correctly. I was very happy to find out that the unbalanced installation of the first dishwasher was the cause for the excessive moisture left in the machine after drying. It works great now and dishes actually dry now!

The delivery service and installation was much needed because I had just had knee surgery. The guys were very friendly and called several times to keep us updated on the delivery time. They were on time, fast workers, left no mess at all and very friendly to deal with.

The delivery guys dented our fridge and stove. They brought them both in on a dolly. The box of the stove actually says not to use a dolly. I didn't see that until it was already in our home. They also gave us a damaged gas line for the stove. Then they scratched the dishwasher that they removed. We sold it but the scratch affected the price we were able to get for it. Best Buys customer service was awesome though. They replaced our stove and the new delivery guys hand carried the stove in. The fridge dent was in the back and didn't really affect anything so we just kept it. In conclusion: I don't recommend their installers but customer service was great.
