Very pleased with Kitchen Aid dishwasher. Quiet and leaves dishes sparkling clean.

Geek Squad installed dishwasher with a defective door, and they knew it, because they did not test the dishwasher before they left the home, Luckily I tried it it, and the leaking all over my kitchen floor before it ruined the floor.

The gentleman (Frank) that installed my dishwasher was fantastic!Polite,friendly, professional and knew exactly what he was doing.He came in and installed the dishwasher explained everything to me and was gone within an hour. I would definitely without a doubt highly recommend Frank.

Our two installers were on time, very friendly, and professionally removed my old dishwasher, installed the new one, and even carried away my old one, despite the fact I did not pay for that service. Highly recommend !

They didn't call the night before with a two hour window like I was told they would. All I got was a recorded call about 9:00 the night before saying they would be at my house between 7 and 1. They called the next morning about 7:30 saying that they would be here between 11 and 1. Got a phone call at 1:15 saying they were running late and would be here in about 30 minutes. Got another phone call at 2 saying they would be here in about 10 minutes which they were. Once they got here they did a fine job and were very professional.

The local installers took care of our every need and request. Excellent service!

Happy with my Kitchenaid Dishwashet. Best Buy was the only store that had this model in stock. I would have had to wait 2 months from other stores. So much for Holiday purchases.

Having a time block for installation of 12:00-3:00 didn’t work out well as my dishwasher was not installed until approx 5:30! Even after being told by the installer on the phone that they’d be there about 3:30. Also, some of the insulation for the door of the product fell out from the bottom. I told the installer I could see it hanging out at the corner, he proceeded to push it back up. It fell out again after they left.

Installation was done promptly and efficiently. Installer was polite and helpful.

Awesome appliance, looks good and works great. Easy to use, great purchase.

The installation was difficult because installers could not get access to discharge hose and counter top were higher than “standard”. Installers resolved both issues. Only gave 4 stars because they did leave a small scratch in floor.

The two men that installed our dishwasher were very pleasant. Installed our dishwasher and garbage disposal at the same time quickly and professionally. Explained the entire process.
